The room was clean and tidy, everything was good. The staff were lovely and friendly... but the only downside was that the room wasn't very soundproof. You could hear everything when people walked and talked outside. Overall, it was still good.

I booked a Deluxe room, but I'm not sure if the room I received was actually a Deluxe. It was small, probably not even 28 square meters. The bed was also small, not the large bed I had booked, and it felt flimsy. One side sagged, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. In the morning, a housekeeper knocked on my door, but I told them to come back in the afternoon. When I went out later that afternoon, I encountered the housekeeper directly in front of my room. We just looked at each other for a moment without any greeting; they were cleaning the room across the hall. I assumed they would clean my room, but when I returned, my room hadn't been cleaned, and they hadn't even left any water. I've stayed here before, but this time was a terrible experience.
