A nice place near the airport. The area is not the most inviting, but it's not terrible either. There's a night market 5 minutes of walk away, the swimming pool is small, but nice enough.

There are 4 floors, but no lift, so if you have very heavy luggage or a disability please let them know in advance. The staff are lovely and will do their best to accompadate you. The rooms and amenities are great, crazy given the low price and proximity to the airport. There’s a shuttle on the hour every hour for 150 Baht, or you can get a Grab/Bolt at a time that suits you. Either way you’ll be at airport in about 10-15 mins. Best of all, virtually next door is what must be Bangkok’s biggest night/food market. It’s worth the stay for there alone :-)

We stayed at this hotel to layover previous a very early flight out of BKK main airport. The hotel is located 15 minutes away (by car) of the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. In the inbound we took a taxi that charged us Baths 170 (from the airport) and in the outbound the hotel shuttle-bus charged us Baths 150 and was very punctual. We didn't see much of the hotel other than the room since we spent there only 6 hours. What we did notice was the hospitality and great service of the receptionists and the hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family members for sure.

Perfect location for getting to the airport fast! It also has some good food options nearby. Overall a pleasant stay and very good for the price.

I choose this hotel because I had an overnight stay in Bangkok with an early flight the following morning. The hotel is clean and everything works well. The hotel staff were very helpful in arranging pick-up and drop-off at BKK. They even helped me get a car for a trip downtown. If I need to stay close to BKK in the future, I would happily choose Orchid Resort again. I feel like I got good value for the price.

Great Hotel, close to the airport. Every thing worked fine in the room and the staff are very friendly. Also you can book a taxi to the airport at the reception. I'd recommend this hotel at this low price.
