I was booked Superior Deluxe king Room for seven night. I think this hotel location, service and facilities is so good. i really impressed reception so much. The reception was explained to me humble and nicely. i hope to visit this hotel again!!!

提醒大家，這家酒店太坑了，按金1000，不退，大家一定要拿到按金條再離開前台，不然就不退了。我航班早上的，6點到酒店，中午12點退房，説的500泰銖，按金1000，我給了2000泰銖，也不找我錢，等我退房的時候，一分錢不退給我，太坑了。
房間差，不隔音，買瓶水要走10分鐘，回來內褲都打濕了。

部屋によってWiFiが無いのと、窓の鍵が壊れていて蚊が入ってくるのと、数箇所の電気が点かないのと、部屋の入り口のドアが閉まりにくいのと、他にもいろいろありましたがその日は対応してくれず、次の日にWiFiのある部屋に変更してくれると言うのと、室内が新しい別棟の部屋に変更すると言うスタッフを信じたのですが、次の日の朝は違うスタッフが対応して、昼に変更すると言うので一度外出して言われた時間にスーツケースに荷物をパッキングしようと戻ると部屋に荷物が無くて、慌ててスタッフに伝えたら、荷物を勝手に移動させていて、勝手に荷物に触れられるのは怖かったです。しかも同じ棟のWiFiがあるだけで同じような部屋に案内され、前日のスタッフの別棟への移動を伝えると、無理だと言うだけで全く対応してくれず、当初2泊の予約で日中はホテルに滞在しないのとホテルに戻るのが夜中で寝るだけだったので、1泊目の夜に次の日の部屋の変更を信じて他のホテルを予約しなかったのですが、今はとても後悔しています。2泊目の部屋に案内されたときにチェックアウトも考えたが、仕事の時間が迫ってたので他のホテルを探して予約する余裕もなくホテルの移動も時間がかかるので諦めました。その後、仕事から帰ってきて夜中にシャワーをして寝ようと思ったのですがお湯は出ないし、洗面所には大きなゴキブリがいるし、ベットシーツもよく見ると血液みたいな汚れがあったりでしたが疲れていたのですぐに寝ましたが体が痒くて起きたりで睡眠が取れず、朝にすぐチェックアウトをしました。
文句ばかりですが、タイには今までいろいろなホテルに泊まりましたが、このホテルだけは二度と泊まりたくないと思いました。

這家酒店有點老舊了，湊合睡一兩晚那種還行，不推薦常住，位置還行，性價比可以，但必須給攜程差評，我提前訂的酒店，到了酒店説滿房了***！！！？？然後攜程發訊息説幫我重新訂酒店，這家酒店離地鐵500米，攜程發了一家離地鐵站走路3公里的酒店給我，大晚上11點人生地不熟的，讓我換酒店？？沒房你就別上架，定了又沒房是什麼意思？？

電話號碼錯，是所謂的聯營店，出租司機根據這個電話把我們送到這個地方，酒店人員説我們訂的店跟她們合併了，我們也不清楚，住進後，床衹有80公分寬，根本無法睡覺，一夜沒睡，凌晨三點打電話給攜程，太遺憾了

回國前最後兩天搬到了這個酒店，前台服務態度挺好的，可以一大早辦理入住。酒店房間和圖片上基本沒差別，中央空調、沙發舒服、床和枕頭都舒適柔軟、廁所區域很大、大陽台。網絡信號很好，因為房間就裝着路由器，基本不卡頓。地理位置好，離文化中心和Rama 9就兩個站的距離。周圍多吃的，中國旅遊團多，中國遊客也多。
缺點：
1、蚊子很多很毒，拍死幾衹後還是有一堆蚊子在盤旋着伺機喝你的血。2、入住後沒人來打掃，哪怕是換個垃圾袋也很有必要吧。除了沒打掃也沒來放置新的瓶裝水（第一天也沒放，是我打電話去前台要的）3、房間沒有放紙巾（廁所捲紙除外），不知道是清潔人員沒放還是他們根本就沒有。
綜合來説，整體感覺可以，但需要改進。
