Royal Benja Hotel - Family Friendly Hotel

DDuring our stay, loud renovation construction work started promptly at 8 a.m. every single morning. The constant drilling, hammering and banging noises lasted for hours, which severely disturbed our rest and sleep. We were not given any advance notice about this on‑site renovation before or upon our check‑in. As a pregnant guest, I require peaceful and quiet surroundings for proper rest. The early‑morning loud construction noise has greatly ruined our hotel experience. It is unacceptable that noisy renovation works begin so early without informing guests beforehand. We hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously. Please take appropriate measures to minimise noise disturbance for future guests, and ensure guests are properly notified of any upcoming construction work in advance.

Excellent location with good staffs. Facilities are kind of aging but cleanness is provided no doubt.

Couter staff behavior rude .no tissue in room. Next day provides. Fridge is not working thanks God I check next day .good after complaint then change it to other that works good so I am able to save my food etc that I need to take with me for next flight. Washroom not in good shape after shower water come outside glass box that have empty space so after shower need clear water with towel so you can shave toothbrush or use toilet. Reception or counter service bad and rude . Not friendly or helpful for some people's and for some country people's its different. If water same in bathrooms after shower then should be bath shoes there or I can be slippery and dangerous or should fill empty space so water not come outside.

One of the worst stays i ever had in a hotel. Staff were extremely rude to me both checking in and checking out. The rooms are spacious but have bad smell even tho they are supposed to be non-smoking rooms. All tables, doors in my hotel room were completly dirty. Also i booked a big kingsize bed, but i received two seperate beds. The thing that infuriated me the most was the fact that when booking the hotel it was clearly stated in my confirmation that the checkout is possible up to 1400. At 12:45 i got a call from front desk telling me to immediately check out, claiming i need to check out at latest 12. i calmly explained that my booking includes a late check out, as sold by trip.com and noted also in my booking confirmation. The front desk worker did not accept this and told me to come downstairs and check out. I went downstairs and showed the confimation where its clearly stated that late check out is possible. The lady at the front desk downplayed the situation and acted as if it had been a mistake on my part, claiming that this option did not even exist. I then showed her my reservation, but she still neither apologized nor acknowledged the fact that the reservation clearly states that a late check-out until 2 p.m. is possible. This was precisely the reason why I booked the hotel in the first place. Me personally i cannot recommend this hotel sadly.

It is at the end of one of the Arab streets. Not that convenient if you are dragging your luggage from the BTS station. The toilet is not clean, the floor in the room is sticky, and no slippers are provided. There is no hairdryer in the room either. The only good thing is the price.

Good hotel, the stuff is super friendly and always rrady to help you. Breakfast was honestly so good, the variety of food here is amazing!

Perfect stay, Perfect location for shopping, dinning and night life. 7/Eleven and departmental store is just outside the hotel which makes easy to grab a quick night drinks & snacks. But if anyone doesn't like a strong smell of Arabic perfume, this area is not for you because this area has full of Arabic. The room itself is very clean, spacious and well maintained. We loved it. Definitely worth to stay.
