Royal View Resort - Rang Nam Reviews

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is still excellent, right in the alley diagonally opposite the King Power Duty Free shop. This time, I noticed the alley has turned into a night market, so you can just step out and enjoy street food and shopping right from the hotel entrance in the evenings. I stayed in a suite on the 7th floor this time. The bedroom door could be closed, which finally solved the problem of not being able to sleep due to the noisy air conditioning unit outside. Being on a higher floor also reduced the noise from the street. The room facilities are, as always, mediocre. Breakfast is a buffet plus a la carte, fresh but the taste is just average. As usual, the staff didn't show any overt discrimination, but they consistently had expressionless faces, especially the women at the front desk.

Great location, close to Pratunam Market, about 1.8 km away. Right outside, you'll find plenty of food options, massage places, and 7-Elevens. The shops are all there too. The room was neat and clean, with everything you need. Pretty good!

The hotel is close to attractions and very clean. Every staff member was incredibly nice. They tidied up our room beautifully every day, which was such a pleasant surprise to come back to. Excellent service!

Excellent hotel with a delicious breakfast! It's an à la carte breakfast that I look forward to every morning.

The hotel is located in an excellent part of the city, close to historic Bangkok, with a huge number of shopping malls and the King Power duty-free shop. Prices are... well, debatable, but okay. As for the hotel itself, it's very cozy. There was renovation work happening on the 5th floor, but it didn't affect our stay at all; it even sometimes helped us wake up. No irony, it was truly almost inaudible, and we are sensitive sleepers... 😅 The hotel staff are the best! Friendly and always willing to help, I wish all hotels were like that 😇 We will definitely be back! An important clarification for future travelers: all rooms on the 8th floor are for smokers, while floors 2-7 are non-smoking. This was a shock for us, as there are many Chinese guests, and in their culture, it's common to smoke everywhere. It's strange that only one floor is allocated for it. 😁

Excellent! There's a lovely small park nearby, three 7-Elevens, and the King Power Duty-Free Mall is right next door. The metro station is also very close, making it a great choice. Hygiene: Excellent Service: Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Before checking in, they offered a welcome drink and a cold towel. The staff at the front desk provided excellent service.

It was super convenient staying here for the concert. I even met fellow fans and we shared a ride to the venue. The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel itself was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area. My only minor complaints are that the room was a bit warm and there was a slight issue with the shower drainage.

The location is pretty good; it's about a 7-8 minute walk from Victory Monument BTS station. It's not down a remote alley, so I felt safe walking back at night, and there were plenty of shops along the way. Given the affordable price, the room was quite spacious, offering decent value for money.

The service was truly excellent. As soon as I entered, I was offered a delicious dessert and a drink. Even though there was renovation work going on upstairs, the service remained great, and you can also take photos inside.

This was an excellent experience! The hotel's location next to the park is fantastic, and it offers great value for money. The breakfast is à la carte with unlimited ordering, and the food was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone! The only downside was some construction noise in the morning, but I'm looking forward to it being finished. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance!

The front desk staff were very friendly and could speak some basic Chinese, which was helpful. The bed in the room was really comfortable, but unfortunately, the pillows were too soft. Breakfast was à la carte, not a buffet. They even folded the towels when we left a tip, which was a nice touch. They also informed us about the construction, and it wasn't too disruptive.

Even though it was under renovation, I personally felt it didn't affect my stay. It was my first time traveling solo, and the room was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe – a great feeling! The front desk staff were friendly and spoke Chinese. I would definitely consider staying here again.
