The hotel was directly connected to Asok Station exit, which made access incredibly convenient. It was great to be able to go shopping, then return to the hotel to drop off bags or shower, thanks to its fantastic location. Although our room faced the station and the road, once we closed the curtains, the outside noise wasn't an issue. The staff were all very kind, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely love to stay here again if I have the chance.

I've been to Bangkok several times, and out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one was by far the most satisfying for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. The location is also fantastic, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Here are some areas that need improvement: 1. **Inconsistent Hot Water**: The hot water supply was hit or miss, and the water pressure was inadequate 😟. 2. **Noisy Air Conditioner**: The living room air conditioner's fan blades were too loud, and the noise could be heard even in the bedroom. 🙂↔️ 3. **Limited TV Channels**: Both TVs only offered Netflix, YouTube, and other pay-per-view channels. 😓 4. **Deposit Required**: A B$2000 deposit was required at check-in. 🤨 On the positive side: A. **Two Key Cards**: You can request two key cards, which is convenient for coming and going. 👍 B. **Designated Smoking Room**: Smokers can use the dedicated smoking room on the hotel's ground floor, so rain is not an issue. 👍 C. **Friendly Staff**: All staff members were friendly and helpful. 👍 D. **Welcome Drink & Food Discounts**: Guests receive a welcome drink and special offers on food. 👍 E. **Good Value for a 3-Star Hotel**: For a 3-star hotel, it's decent, and its excellent location is a major plus. 👍

Room is quite smaller and too many ants inside the room.. check-in time is abit late.. only location is the best💪

Comfortable, clean rooms, good value for money. Easy to get around, close to the BTS/MRT.

If you're coming from MRT Sukhumvit Station, it's a 2-3 minute walk from Exit 2. Terminal 21 Asok is also just 2-3 minutes away. The food court offers incredibly cheap and authentic Thai food, and there's a supermarket in the basement, which was convenient for souvenir shopping. A currency exchange office nearby was open late, so I felt secure even with a late-night arrival. For the Red and Blue MRT lines, I could use credit card touch payment, so there was no need to exchange money at the airport; I could do it around the hotel. They provided shampoo, but no conditioner, and body wash. There's a fridge and complimentary water, but no pajamas. A hairdryer and towels were provided, and although the power outlet was a bit loose, I could use my Japanese electronics without an adapter.

My room had a 'fake' window, meaning it was an interior room with a decorative frame rather than a real window. The room was small, but considering the price, I felt it offered good value for money. The only downside was that my room, 615, was on a floor that wasn't level, with 2-3 steps leading up to it. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the security. As for soundproofing, you can definitely hear noise if other rooms are loud. The availability of facilities and toiletries was a big reason why I chose this place. The location is incredibly convenient; it's within walking distance to Terminal 21 and Emsphere, and even closer to Soi Cowboy. All in all, I recommend it!

The stay was good, primarily because the location is super convenient, the Asok station is accessible right next to the hotel. There’s also Terminal 21 nearby which make it easy if you want to shop around anything. Breakfast options for the hotel is plenty but not buffet style. Overall, very decent stay. My only minor complaint will be that I was given a non-window room, and the water pressure is not as what I would expect, but those are not major issue so I’m statisfied overall.

The staff carried my luggage to the room. I also received a free drink and a discount coupon at the cafe on the first floor.

The best part of this hotel is the staff, they just wowed me. The hotel is right next to the SKYTRAIN and UNDERGROUND TRAIN. Extremely easy to get around.

Great location, the hotel is right out of the subway station, and next to Terminal 21, making shopping very convenient. There are many breakfast options to choose from, and it's delicious!

This hotel is super convenient, directly connected to the station. Terminal 21 is right across the street, so you can even get there in heavy rain. The entrance isn't immediately obvious as a hotel entrance; you walk straight into a restaurant, and reception is upstairs. My room was on the reception floor. I got it for about 8,000 yen on sale. The room was spacious and well-equipped, no complaints there, but it felt a bit gloomy and damp without much natural light. It didn't quite feel like a 'good' hotel, but considering the price, maybe it is.

I was really happy to get an upgrade and want to thank the hotel staff again. I didn't give 5/5 for service because they forgot to refill the tissues in the box, even though I left a tip for housekeeping.

Average acceptable condition for the price but towels are old and torn. Also if room deposit is paid via credit card the hotel will only refund about 15 days after check pout which is not the norm
