Sukhumvit Suites Hotel Reviews

A small boutique hotel with very small check-in counter in level 2. Very old room interiors and the aircon noise is very loud which is quite disturbance during night rest. My room is in level 3 which the window facing the main pedestrain staircase going up towards BTS which is noisy and lack of privacy as curtains need to be close at all times. Other than location is super due to walking distance to Terminal 21, BTS and Metro. Breakfast is set menu which is quite decent. It's not worth the price paying for Deluxe room, unlikely to come back again

The hotel is very convenient to take mrt or bts . Just go up from this hotel staircase can reach bts station and this hotel is right opposite of Terminal 21 shopping mall which is very convenient to buy things. Anywhere we go just took bts / mrt to get to the tourist famous places.

Good location, staffs are friendly, mtr/bts station just right beside the hotel.

My stay at Sukhumvit Suites Hotel was a great choice for a comfortable visit in the city center. The location is excellent—only a few minutes from the BTS Siam station and close to several shopping malls. The room is a bit small but very clean and well-maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money. There is a bar on the ground floor very nice

The room was nice and clean, bed was soft and the pillows were good. It has enough space for me to put my stuffs and a desk big enough for me to work on my laptop. Location is the best, located at the Asoke intersection and direct at the stair to go to Asoke Sky train station.

Hotel was very convenient in terms of location and food. Easily accessible as well to massage centres. The staff were friendly. The first room was noisy as there was noise from the aircond compressor but they immediately changed the room for us. Close to our Favourite food centre at Terminal 21

It was very good and I would like to use it again.

Very convenient location near terminal 21, Asok bts and Sukhumvit mrt

Initially thought it was Meh as I was on a low floor and the room seemed old and small, AC loud and wasn't so bright. But I had food poisoning and the toilet was amazing. Large and clean. Good flush, good shower pressure, very warm, and bed very comfortable. Room service was excellent also. Turned out to be a great stay and will come again.

Opposite of Terminal 21 and convenient to take BTS/MRT. Since I was arranged to 2/F and the window face to main street, I can’t sleep well due to nonstop noises from the outside.

The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Sukhumvit with super easy access to food, transport, and everything you need. The café downstairs serves really nice food, perfect when you don’t feel like heading out. This time, my room was even better than my previous stays, with nicer furnishings and a more comfortable feel overall. And of course… the staff are absolutely lovely. Friendly, warm, and always ready to help. Honestly, they’re a big part of why I keep coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Will definitely stay again! 💙

Room was nice spacious and comfortable. Location of the hotel was very convenient for us. Near BTS station and shopping mall.

Our family stayed at this hotel for 5 days while visiting Bangkok. The location was excellent, right by two metro stations – the Blue Line MRT and the Green Line Skytrain – making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Breakfast was served at the Italian restaurant on the ground floor; we got to order a different Western breakfast each day, and it was quite good. The hotel itself was quiet, clean, and the service was great. The only downside was that when we went to Ayutthaya for a day trip and checked out, we were charged 200 THB per bag for overnight luggage storage when we returned the next day. That felt quite expensive.

The hotel's air conditioning was ancient and incredibly loud, making it impossible to sleep. They even put us in a room right next to the AC unit, which was unbelievable. My wife and I barely got any sleep. While they did move us to another room eventually, the air conditioning there was still very noisy.
