We got lucky — they upgraded our room category, and it turned out to be really spacious with a kitchen! The hotel is quiet, and breakfast is decent — there's enough to grab a bite. The pool is big and goes up to 1.70m deep, so I got a really good swim in. Big thanks to the front desk staff for their service!

Absolutely very nice hotel. The location, the convenience and of course working staff. The receptionist has upgraded my room twice and on my son's birthday he organised a cake and a great room upgrade. I am very thankful to all the people working here. I will keep on choosing this hotel each time I come to Bkk

The welcome was very pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is good and not expensive. I recommend it.

The window view is excellent, offering a direct sight of Lumpini Park. I'd definitely stay here again. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation.

Had a very pleasant 3-night stay! The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety (lots of hot dish options). Although the MRT and BTS are a 10-15 minute walk away, the hotel offers a very convenient shuttle at certain times of the day. I recommend it!

I was a bit dissatisfied at first because of some issues that came up, but in the end, they comped my stay, which definitely turned my mood around.

It’s fine, the rooms are big and clean and I had a nice view on the 19th floor but the rooms desperately need to be updated or renovated everything is really old. Numerous things in my room would break and stop working such as lights or the shower taps (power even went out one night). But if you don’t mind older buildings this place is ok. The staff were very nice and helpful. The gym is pretty good and there is also a laundry room which is helpful. Just a short walk to all the bars/ clubs in Silom which is good.

Every year I come Bangkok will stay this hotel. This hotel is very clean and Staff Service is very good and very friendly. Downstairs Street alot of foods to eat and nearby got a big 7-11 and MK premium. Easy to book Grab and Grab food.

I was drawn to this hotel by it's amenities. I love the swimming pool. The room was nice and it came with a tub, so I enjoyed my time here very much.

The soundproofing in the room isn't great. I could hear guests in the next room talking until 2 or 3 AM, which led to a lot of restless sleep. We stayed here for 7 nights. The room was a bit run-down, but we only really used it in the evenings since we were out and about during the day. The location is good and convenient for getting around.

The location is quite good. The room is very spacious and all the amenities are there. Also, breakfast is amazing with a lot of items including local food. Really enjoyed my short stay.

We chose a suite and had a very comfortable stay. Since we had a lot of luggage, the large room was really convenient. The hotel's amenities and the surrounding area were also great; the swimming pool 🏊, gym, and breakfast restaurant were all excellent 👍

The hygiene was pretty good, and the front desk service was excellent. The fried rice for breakfast was also quite tasty. My only complaint is that I wasn't very happy with the hotel's bedding. It was convenient to get a taxi, and the subway wasn't too far away, I guess.

The hotel is well equipped with facilities & still well maintained. Spacious & clean room provided. Can get 2 complimentary beverage vouchers daily if not request to change bed linen daily. Walking path to hotel from train station to hotel is around 15 minutes & still under development but the hotel comes with free shuttle to travel along Silom MRT & Sala Daeng BTS station which is very convenient.
