Located in a quiet area in Sukhumvit so you can have better sleep at night. Excellent for families who wants to travel in convenience going to and from around the city shopping area and Bangkok tourist spots. The hotel staff and are amazing and so easy to communicate. Highly recommended. You can leave luggage after check out and come back after last exploration of the city.

Been staying with them each time I visit BKK for Songkran Festival. I always feel safe, comfortable and satisfied in any way. I love the vibe, the people and their service. This time, I felt more special when the FO Manager, Ms Chayitada greeted me personally upon arrival and gave me a special gift upon checked out. Glad to see familiar faces of the hotel. Definitely will go stay again and again.

We booked the standard room but it was located on the 2nd floor unlucky this room was blocked the view by the house building. Then we asked to move the room bit it was available on the 4th floor. We made decision to paid the room upgrade to 6th floor room 619. So we surprised that the room didn’t clean well. It had some item maybe from the previous guest put in the room. Example deodorant we found under the working desk and cosmetics sunscreen, mouthwash and cosmetics found under the sink. The breakfast was managed by Coffee Club. So i recommend only the room would be OK. Because the breakfast wasn’t OK for the room+abf. Another complaint about the water was brown and yellow color from the sink. It made me afraid to shower and use the water for toothbrush. This is my bad experience to stay with Chatrium brand. I has been stay at Chatrium Residence Sathorn before all was value and good experience than this hotel. I hope that my comment above will useful for the hotel to improve for the future service. The good thing is about complementary minibar in the room. Room design is fully functional. The pool is small locate on the rooftop floor 8th. The location amazing nearby terminal 21 and easy to use BTS or MRT.

Used to be my go to hotel whenever I am in bkk. This time around however would be my last. All for a simple reason that the breakfast is no longer ala-carte buffet style. There wasn't any mention that there was this change on the website whatsoever. Totally disappointed. Bring back the old style breakfast option.

Except the bellboy(?) at the entrance of the hotel is very good, all other things in this hotel are not up to standard. 1. The room is quite spacious, but the toilet is terrible, very old, the facilities are totally not acceptable. The toilet bowl had blockages! The sink drainage cover had been broken! The shower is very old and seems dirty. 2. The toilet, kitchen, living room, almost everywhere had ants and lizards! 3. The A/C is terrible, noise and not cold enough. 4. The breakfast choices are very limited. Since the toilet bowl had blockages, I requested another room for emergency use but refused, and asked me to use the toilet in the lobby! How terrible is the service arrangement!

air conditioning and ventilation in common corridor not enough. Inside guest room, should be better to have a door blocking water leakage from bath area. Staff service is satisfactory

I have been staying here 5 times and the service still the same as the first time. Will come back again

Good location, nearby massage and 7 eleven. 5 min walk to the new shopping center open in Dec 2023.

Great service! It is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Bangkok. I really loved it, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok. Although it takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to Asok Station, the weather in Bangkok is extremely hot and humid. I recommend taking a taxi directly at the hotel entrance.

Everything wAs good enough. They are nicer to white guests than asians though. But otherwise decent stay. Room is big but not mind blowing

Convenient location, friendly staff, room is basic setup, bathrooms is big but smelly. The most unpleasant experience in this hotel is the smell of smoking cigarette in a room, I am a bit sensitive with smoking. The second problem is the air conditioning is very old, difficult to have a good cool air, sometimes is only hot air come out and sometimes is very cool and getting cool only 10 minutes then hot air again. I stayed at the room on 7th floor.
