Wonderful stay at this hotel and convenient location that connected to the mall and also BTS. Breakfast was wonderful with Ala cart option.

Great location, surrounded by shopping areas. The soundproofing is pretty good, definitely worth staying here.

As a Park Hyatt, the breakfast maintains the brand's usual high standard and is among the best in Bangkok. The service is also excellent. Perhaps due to the Southeast Asian climate, the indoor areas felt a bit damp, and the floors and bedding were slightly sticky and uncomfortable. Being close to the city center, it could get a bit noisy at night. Other than these points, everything else was up to the average Park Hyatt standard.

The minimalist yet elegant decor of Park Hyatt made for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and their service was thoughtful. Since my check-in date happened to be my sister's birthday, the staff even prepared a cake and fruit, which was a lovely touch. Park Hyatt's breakfast was, as always, delicious. The bar on the 9th floor was good, but the French restaurant on the 35th floor was quite disappointing. I honestly couldn't even stomach the lobster bisque appetizer…

Good, we had 2 more rooms on level 18 occupied by my mom, nephew, another room by my younger bro & his partner. My wife could not join, otherwise the room could have been better utilized. My visit was just 3 days from Fri to Sun as I had work commitment. Good experience to bond with my mom, who is 82 years old. She enjoyed the food at Central Platinum Mall. There are nice eateries & super market in the basement, a library cafe connected to the hotel at level 6. Can literally stay within the mall & the hotel without leaving the complex. There is also sky bridge at level 2 that can connect to BTS & nearby buildings, streets.

Excellent Location, on Top of Central Embassy, right next to Central Chidlom shopping mall. Walking to Phloen Chit BTS station in just 2 mins. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The swimming pool enjoys sunshine from morning till evening.

The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. The shopping mall is also conveniently located nearby, making it easy to buy things.

The decor is incredibly artistic, with every detail showcasing luxury and taste. The service truly lives up to a five-star standard – attentive and thoughtful. The city view from the window is expansive and the vista is excellent. Breakfast is a mix of à la carte and a small buffet, and the quality is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Great service and location. Near big malls with walkable distance.

Compared to domestic hotels, this hotel is already far ahead. We stayed in three hotels this time. The Park Hyatt had the best pool, and the facilities were decent, not old. The Grand Hyatt had the best spa massage, and The Rosewood had the best breakfast.

Very quiet hotel and dedicated experience. The lobby feel very quite and intimate. A truly Park hyatt collection. The room is big and very quiet, can't even hear the neighbour. Just the right place to take a rest.

Mediocre experience. The pool has limited sun exposure.

In my opinion, the best hotel in Bangkok. Of course the rooms and public areas are beautiful and modern, and the service great. However, it has the best location of being directly on top of a mall that isn't crowded (1 lift away from lobby). You don't have to leave AC at all, which even Centara doesn't provide.
