Shan Villas Sukhumvit Reviews

Our group of 9 stayed at SHAN Villas Sukhumvit, and the overall experience was extremely comfortable. The staff helped load our luggage into the vehicles upon both arrival and departure, and they also offer luggage storage services. It was super convenient on our last day to shop at the nearby Big C supercenter, come back to pick up our bags, and head straight to the airport 👍🏻

The room was very clean and the services were excellent! I was also really satisfied with the floating breakfast, which I had been looking forward to, and it was absolutely delicious! 💕

First off, the staff's service was incredibly attentive! They guided us to our room and explained all the amenities and facilities. Then, even though we had made a special request for a floating breakfast at 8 AM, I unfortunately fell ill on the day and couldn't make it. They kindly understood and accepted my cancellation. So thoughtful! 😭 When I mentioned it was our honeymoon in the reservation notes, they decorated our room so beautifully. 😊 Thank you so much for all your kindness and consideration. We'll definitely visit again when we come back to Thailand! 🇹🇭

This hotel's main feature is its pool, perfect for breakfast photoshoots. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, though room hygiene is just average. The receptionists are very friendly, and there's a convenient shuttle bus directly to On Nut BTS station. However, the rooms are too small, and the pool is often crowded with influencers taking pictures, making it difficult to swim.

The bedsheets had some minor unwashed stains. The pool was beautiful, but the location and rooms were a bit small. Compared to five-star hotels, it was more expensive without offering a better experience.

The environment was clean and comfortable, thumbs up! 👍🏻 The staff were also nice 👍🏻 and even helped with our luggage. The lobby smelled lovely, and they gave us strawberry ice cream which was delicious ❤️❤️❤️

I wouldn't recommend this place for families or if you're traveling with kids, as the location isn't very convenient and the pool is smaller than I expected. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; you can hear noise from the hallway and the pool. The bathroom shower has a large gap in the glass door, causing water to leak out. Luckily, there's a shuttle bus, but it runs only once an hour and requires a reservation. It only goes to On Nut station, from where you have to transfer to the BTS or use Grab. However, their services are excellent.

1. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, but the soundproofing is not good. 2. The hygiene is meticulous with no strange odors, hot water is plentiful, and the internet speed is stable. The service response is prompt, and the overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable. 3. The hotel environment is elegant, and the facilities are complete. The front desk check-in process is efficient, and attention to detail is excellent, making my stay particularly reassuring.

Clean & peaceful environment. Customer service is amazing also

The penthouse offers a superb view! The space is generous! The staff are incredibly friendly! Plus, the floating breakfast I booked was absolutely stunning and very eye-catching! It's also perfect for photos. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip. On a side note, they have a free shuttle bus, which is super convenient for getting to On Nut station.

Excellent experience, and a big thank you to the fantastic service! There were 8 of us, and getting around was convenient. The villa was very new and well-equipped, with ice pops to welcome guests. The pool and many other fun activities made our stay very enjoyable!

This time we stayed in a 4-bedroom villa, which offered excellent value for money. It featured a private heated jacuzzi and direct pool access, which both adults and children absolutely loved. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to On Nut station every hour, and they even made special arrangements for a family birthday, which was a very thoughtful touch. Do note that the villa has 4-5 floors, so there are quite a few stairs, and the common areas aren't very spacious. If you have large luggage, the entrance can feel a bit cramped.

The place was super clean and spotless, but on our fourth day, we saw a tiny ant walking on the desk. We wondered if we'd brought it in ourselves, but then one or two more appeared, so maybe they snuck in through a crack. 😁 As for the location, it's totally fine if you take the train and a taxi from Suvarnabhumi International Airport! There were also hot and cold water dispensers on each floor, so you could even have instant noodles! The service was excellent! We arrived an hour before check-in, but they welcomed us with smiles. They took lots of photos for us, and if you made a reservation, they'd provide free shuttle service to the nearest station. We mistakenly thought we could just show up without a reservation, but when we asked that morning, they still arranged a car for us. 😭😭 They even used a translator when communicating with us. Everyone there was just incredibly kind!!

This is my second time staying at this villa, and both times I've chosen a ground-floor room, so I can just open the door and step right into the swimming pool. I highly recommend it; the environment is beautiful, and the accommodation even provides a free shuttle bus to the MRT station. The staff who attended to us were all very friendly. If you're coming to Bangkok, you must stay here!
