good experience

If you book this place, make sure you have low expectations. First, we had a private room/bathroom so I thought it would be decent, but it's, as another reviewer said, passable at best. It's not clean. The floors are dirty (although they provide flipflops to walk around in). Even the blue towel mats they placed in our room looked dirty. The bathroom floor is unfinished (concrete). I had to clean the bars on the towel rack as they were filthy. The shower door doesn't close all the way. The windows were dirty and don't all close fully. The beds were rock hard. I've never slept on a bed this hard before. The wifi would sometimes work really well but would often drop or just not connect at all which is unacceptable. Also, this is the first place where I felt the need to lock up my valuables in my suitcase. There apparently are some locals who live here which seems a bit shady to me. There was laundry (washer/dryer) on the 4th floor which they quoted me as 40 THB for a full load (30 THB for a smaller load) and 40 THB for the dryer and 10 THB for detergent. There were only a few positives. The room was very spacious. Luckily, I saw no bed bugs at least. And we had a fridge with a small freezer which was super nice. They do provide a bottle of water for each person each day. There is a water dispenser on the 4th floor although I don't know if I would necessarily trust it, based on what I've read. The AC works really well. The location is also close to Chao Phraya River and was perfect for most of our tours we went on with a Go City Bangkok pas.
