Niagara Hotel

Receptionist very functional and process driven. Rooms with basic mid century style furniture. Bathrooms very basic, uneven water pressure, sometimes weaka and then blasting you.

Clean, and conveniently located. Rooms are small though but ok for a solo traveller

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was comfortable and the experience pleasant. However, location-wise, it might not be the most ideal if you rely heavily on public transport. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station, and traveling to most places by bike can take around 20–30 minutes. If convenience is a priority, especially for those using public transport, just keep this in mind. Otherwise, it's still a solid place to stay for the price.

The hotel has a good lobby and location. Thats it. This is a VERY OLD hotel. Stay away from it as much as possible.

I stayed here for several days in December 2025. The check in process was easy, but there is a 300tb deposit that is required when checking in. The hotel is above a 7-11, so at least that is convenient. The room is very plain and the bathroom could be cleaned a lot better. I even found an unused syringe hidden in the bathroom. The bed was a little hard and the large tv did have HDMI ports for my firestick. The water pressure was ok, but the water heater was struggling to keep the water even mildly warm. There was no safe. The room did have a small balcony with no view, but at least I was able to dry some laundry out there. All the doors in the room were cheaply made and felt like they could be easily breached. For what I was getting, I thought the price was a little high at about $33. I have been in much better hotels for the same price. The area right around the hotel does have a few expensive restaurants and coffee shops. Walking to the BTS takes about 10min.

I loved this hotel. It’s right next to 7/11 and not far from lumphini park. For the price it’s great and probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in Bangkok for the price. I think rooms are a bit small though and make sure to bring soap with you. I’ll definitely stay here again.
