The hotel is beautiful, it feels like a getaway by the river! The atmosphere is great.

The hotel is generally quite decent. The rooms are clean, and the staff are overall welcoming. The bell staff are usually helpful, and the hotel even has a small buggy to help transport luggage to the rooms, which is a nice touch. However, I was disappointed by a lack of courtesy on one occasion. One evening, I came back by DiDi carrying a lot of shopping bags, and the staff member who was there did not offer me any help at all to bring them to my room. The next day, I saw the same person spontaneously offer to take two other female guests back to their room even though they were carrying almost nothing. I found this difference in treatment quite hurtful and, above all, unprofessional. It is obviously not a matter of appearance, but simply of courtesy and consistency in the service provided. As for the location, there are a few small shops and convenience stores nearby, which is useful for buying food or everyday essentials. However, there was also construction work near the hotel during my stay, and I personally did not find the area particularly appealing. Finally, I feel the price is a little high considering the overall standard of the hotel and its location. For the same budget, I would personally choose another hotel in a more pleasant area or one offering better overall facilities and service. Despite these negative points, my stay was still generally fine and I keep a rather positive overall impression of the hotel. There are simply a few details that could be improved, especially when it comes to the quality and consistency of the service.

Cleanliness is excellent, service is great, and the view is beautiful. It's good value for money, conveniently located, and has a nice atmosphere.

The room was incredibly spacious, surprisingly so! All the amenities provided were of high quality, and the bedding and pillows were clean. The reception staff were lovely and friendly, and the bellboys offered buggy service to our room. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the hotel is located right by the river, perfect for a stroll.

The accommodation has a beautiful design. The common areas are enclosed but open to the breeze on the Chao Phraya River side. Mostly glass with a white color scheme, making it bright and airy. The indoor lap pool has a beautiful marble-patterned floor, it's not wide but the water is clean. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were fine, though the room wasn't spacious and wasn't riverside. The riverside area is reserved for restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and provided good service. Overall, it's pretty good.

Foreground landscaping adds necessary organic texture against the rigid architectural lines, though the deep shadows beneath the upper floor overhangs slightly contrast with the bright canopy above. Overall, it serves as a well-calibrated urban retreat, using geometric discipline, monochrome surfaces, and natural elements to deliver a serene, resort-style environment.

Extremely unimpressed from the moment we tried to check out. It was almost 5 PM and our room still wasn't ready, when it should have been prepared between 2 and 3 PM. We waited far too long to check in, unlike other hotels we've stayed at. There were a lot of Indian guests who were very loud and disruptive. We couldn't sleep all night because there was door-banging and property damage in the room next door. I felt completely unsafe at this hotel. There was no service staff, no guard, and no security. The service was subpar. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning. When we checked out, we had to call for someone to pick up our luggage, but ended up dragging it down to the first floor ourselves. The room was dingy, the hotel was dingy, and it didn't match the reviews at all. 😔😔

Tucked away in a small alley, but there are plenty of food options nearby and transportation is quite convenient. The room is spacious. The breakfast area is beautiful, and the breakfast selection is diverse, including many Chinese breakfast dishes.

Loved it! Great service, delicious food, nice rooms, and a fantastic pool. It exceeded expectations, and the room looked exactly like the pictures.

We got a room on the same floor as the swimming pool, it was super close! 💗 We went for a swim in the morning and had the whole pool to ourselves, it felt very private. I highly recommend getting the breakfast at the hotel too. It's a buffet on the top floor with amazing views, delicious food, and a huge variety of options.

Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, and the dinner at the restaurant was also great. The riverside ambiance is wonderful!
