The location is excellent. Breakfast was also good. Staff were attentive and we felt very welcome by their cheerfulness. Property has begun to show signs of ageing.

Location is very convenient. Walking distance to 7/11 and metro station. The check in staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious. But the ceiling is kinda old

I decided to try Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke during this trip, and first impressions were great. Check-in was fast and smooth, the front desk was welcoming, and my room was spacious with a big washroom. The bed was comfortable, though I personally prefer firmer pillows. One night I ordered room service and the food was surprisingly tasty—definitely a plus after a long day out. Location-wise, the hotel scores high marks: it’s right across from both MRT and BTS stations, and Terminal 21 is just a short walk away. However, the stay wasn’t perfect. The bell hops really let the Hilton name down. They didn’t greet guests, rarely smiled, and sometimes even avoided eye contact after initially seeing you—quite a contrast to the friendly front desk and housekeeping team. The pool felt small for the size of the hotel, and while there’s a gym, I didn’t get around to using it. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient base in Bangkok, but it lacked that warm, attentive service I’ve come to expect from Hilton.

Great hotel! Perfect location, everything is nearby. The view from the window is beautiful. Excellent service — definitely recommend!
