Kindly note that your booking was for a male dormitory room, which is a shared space. As such, the room door may be opened and closed frequently by other guests, and this is unfortunately beyond our control. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your suggestion and will consider it for future improvements. Regarding the air conditioning and cleanliness, we apologize for the inconvenience. Guests are always welcome to inform our front desk at any time, and our staff will be happy to assist immediately. We also provide a complimentary cleaning service upon request. During your stay, we did not receive any reports of these issues, which limited our ability to resolve them in a timely manner. We apologize for the inconvenience. With regard to the booking modification, although changes are not permitted under the original policy, we understand that you had a personal reason.
