Ascott Embassy Sathorn Bangkok

As a five-star hotel, the Ascott truly excels with its incredibly thoughtful service. The infinity pool with its Bangkok city skyline views is stunning, and the facilities, both inside and outside the rooms, are top-notch. It was a really fantastic stay.

The location is quite convenient, and overall it was a good stay. The pool and room were great. The breakfast at the high-rise restaurant had a fantastic ambiance and a wide variety of options, though the food quality could use a slight improvement.

I was very satisfied with my first stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The rooftop restaurant had a great ambiance, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite. A special shout-out to the dark-skinned, big-eyed gentleman at the front desk who spoke Chinese; he was exceptionally polite and even helped me book a restaurant – thank you! On the first day of Chinese New Year, there was even a lion dance performance. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit! If I had to pick a fault, it would be the location; Sathorn Road right outside the hotel is incredibly congested, but that's not the hotel's fault.

I stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year, and it offered great value for money. The breakfast was also good, and our room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I imagine the price would be even more competitive during off-peak times.

The hotel's location is decent, but there aren't any restaurants nearby, and even the 7-Eleven is a bit of a walk. The room amenities are complete, but housekeeping didn't clean the room on the first day, nor did they restock supplies. I called three times to request them, but they still didn't bring everything I asked for.
