Facilities: The facilities are excellent, but since we were a bit rushed, we didn't get to try things like the spa. We did, however, go for a swim, and taking the hotel ferry to ICONSIAM was super convenient. The hotel also has restaurants and a fragrance shop, both of which are quite good. Service: The service was fantastic, especially the doorman and the young lady at the front desk. The doorman was incredibly welcoming, and the complimentary apple juice was delicious; the lady at the front desk even gave us two glasses.

Heads up: don't assume there's a washing machine just because it's mentioned; the basic room types don't actually have one! Also, I hope they can improve some of the cleanliness details. The hotel's location is a bit far from attractions like the Grand Palace, about a 30-minute taxi ride. And since it's close to a night market, the road in front of the hotel gets extremely congested during dinner time. Now for the positives: 👍🏻 1️⃣ The hotel looks even better in person than in the pictures! It's small and charming, and even though it's three years old, it still feels very new. 2️⃣ It's near the riverside, with a complimentary shuttle boat to shopping malls, the night market, and the BTS, which is super convenient. 3️⃣ The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but the quality is decent. 4️⃣ The toiletries are by HARNN, and they smell lovely. 5️⃣ Every staff member provides service with a smile, except for the housekeeping staff who were a bit less enthusiastic, but that's a minor point. 6️⃣ There's a very famous Thai fragrance store on the ground floor, and guests get a 10% discount. If you spend over 5000 THB, you get a free gift (but I bought items in two separate transactions, so I didn't get one, which was a bit awkward and inflexible).

Front desk service is very good . Club lounge service is OK but too slow Shuttle boat require reservation and not going to icon siam every house like before .

Location: Situated right by the Chao Phraya River, the setting is fantastic, and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Facilities: The facilities are very new. The hotel has a convenience store and a few restaurants. The outdoor pool is also great. Hygiene: Excellent. Service: The staff are warm and attentive.

New hotel and if you are about to book this hotel, the breakfast are highly recommended.

The staff here are incredibly enthusiastic! The room facilities are also very complete. During the Songkran festival, having a dryer available was such a thoughtful touch. There's even a microwave, so you can buy food from the 7-Eleven outside and heat it up to eat! The bathtub drains really well too! Overall, I'm very satisfied. Next time, I'll try a better room type; the basic room was a little small for two people. Oh, and everyone, the pool is beautiful!

Comfortable and beautiful hotel located by the Riverside. Service was great, from the moment you step out of the car there will be someone taking care of you. Only downside is the location is not the most convenient.

Such a charming hotel! I really loved the decor of the room; so many thoughtful little touches. Next time I visit, I definitely want to try out the spa. The hotel is right on the Mekong River and offers a boat shuttle to places like Iconsiam. They also have various experiences available that I'm looking forward to trying on my next stay.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels youthful and design-focused, not like a traditional business hotel. The staff were all very friendly, and check-in was smooth. While the breakfast selection isn't massive, the quality is good, and it's lovely to enjoy breakfast by the river ☕️. The only minor drawback is that it's a little far from the BTS station, but getting around by taxi or boat is very convenient. If you're coming to Bangkok for a holiday and want a hotel with a great atmosphere, this place is truly perfect. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok 🌴.

Lovely hotel with private pier and free shuttle boat to BTS and Iconsiam, great choice to escape from the city, spend time with loved ones by the pool, spa and a few restaurant options to choose from. Room is of modern design and equipped with everything you need.

The reception was great and we were given a very warm welcome. The room was spacious comfortable and large with nice view. The dock looked nice, the dock leading into the hotel area was marvelous and looked stunning. The swimming pool photos were great with my wife in it she was so happy.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Even though it was quite busy, the staff's attitude was excellent. The rooms are beautiful, offering stunning views of the pool and the Mekong River right outside the window. The pool area downstairs is lovely, and there's a bar and a wine bistro right next to it. Breakfast is served in two separate areas. The best part is being able to take a boat from the hotel's pier directly to ICONSIAM, which saves a lot of hassle with transportation, and the boat ride itself is very enjoyable. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance of the Jurassic Adventure Park and the Ferris Wheel Night Market, which have plenty of delicious food options and a lively atmosphere. Highly recommended!
