Very nice and cosy lobby with many sofa for resting. Hotel is connected to BTS (N1). Room condition is old. Corridor carpet is time to change. Breakfast is good.

The pool at 5th floor is nice and I also like the roof top pool. Hotel location is great, next to 7-11 and BTS. Very easy to get around siam zone. But there is no elevator or the path for luggage. I have a 20kg luggage which I have to carry down by stairs from BTS station. The room a bit old. No slipper provided no bathrobe no toothblush. AC is not working well. I feel the room temperature is too hot for me.

The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful, and the service is excellent. They even help with luggage, and the security measures are top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. Food deliveries arrive super fast, and it's only about 500-600 meters to Siam Paragon! Oh, and you *must* try the Thai milk tea here – it's the best I've ever had!!!

The old carpet was disgusting to look at. The duvet wasn't fully enclosed; it was just two sheets sandwiching a blanket. No one came to clean the room for the three days I stayed. I definitely won't choose this hotel again. What other reviewers said is true: only the lobby looks decent after renovation. The facilities inside are old and worn, leading to a terrible experience. The comforter was also dirty, thankfully I brought my own disposable bedding set.

The hotel ground level is newly renovated together with a new drinking area that live broadcast English Premier League every weekend. Had a good time enjoying drinks and live soccer over the late night. Overall good experience in the hotel.
