Hotel de Bangkok

I stayed here for 2 nights and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient,  and have a lot food options. The room was clean and comfortable but the fridge was a bit noisy. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. I would  recommend this hotel amd will come again.

The hotel staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. We stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good too. A great place to stay in Bangkok.

It was worth the money. We stayed in a Deluxe Room. It was spacious, towels and water were being replaced every day for compliments. Most of the breakfast menus is always the same, but it is delicious if you are not picky. The Hotel is near Pratunam Market, where you can buy souvenirs, it can be walked away. My family was able to relax in our room after a long and tiring day of tours. A problem was encountered from the airport pick-up to the hotel, but it was managed fast, and they were very apologetic. Overall, no regrets and very satisfactory!

Amenities described in Trip.com included “copying service”. But when I asked reception staff, less than pages can be printed freely. When I asked to print four pages, the supervisor charged 20 baht. Paying is no problem but before asking how much it cost, the supervisor staff looked like “we made them busy or some bad facial expression”. During breakfast buffet, the egg menu had to be ordered. Although the tables were not full, the staff didn’t serve the fried egg what I ordered after waiting for many minutes. I don’t know she’s just stingy for just a fried egg or discriminate between different guests. P.S. I preferred egg because I didn’t like the chicken curry and fried noodle had no meat. Breakfast menu didn’t have much varieties and taste isn’t delicious. In room, shampoo bottle wasn’t working, so I had to wash hairs with just shower.

We stayed for 13 days. The main thing is that we stayed for a long time and the breakfast was boring because the breakfast was the same every day. The most important thing is that the mattress should be changed. The bed was not comfortable. The next morning, my all body were sore. The lights in room 413 were very dim. We stayed in 2 rooms. Room 412, where my aunt lived, was brighter and the air conditioner was cooler. Room 413's air conditioner barely cooled down in the afternoon. I was studying an online course so I didn't get enough light to study at night. The best thing was that the internet was very good, so I was able to study more comfortably. I was happy, except for one thing: the mattress.thank you HOTEL DE BANGKOK 🤎
