The hotel is located in a good location. It is in the same building as Central World, so you can enter the mall without ever going outside. It’s convenient for people who love shopping. The staff are very welcoming. I am looking forward to staying here again on one of my future trips to Bangkok.

Great location, very convenient for going to the malls. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the pastries. It's a shame we weren't on a higher floor, we were on the 29th and wished for a better view. But if you go up to the top floor, there are excellent panoramic restaurants with amazing views.

Everything at Centara Grand at CentralWorld was great.  The location is superb!  The spa and gym are great.  The staffs are so friendly.  The welcome drinks at the top of the hotel was beyond words.  The tapas the Spanish restaurant, Uno Mars, was lovely.  It is also connected to the convention centre as well as the shopping mall.  The only downside is the mall will be closed at night.  We have to walk outside on the street to get back to the hotel.  It could be tricky when it rains.  Otherwise, it was a very nice experience at this hotel.  Awesome!

I had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand at CentralWorld. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, attentive and professional throughout my stay. We enjoyed our stay at Centara Grand central world. Location was excellent link to central world mall.. room was very clean.The hotel provided a thoughtful personal touch by surprising me with a birthday cake, making my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel, 5-star service. The convenient app keeps you constantly connected; they'll bring ice to your room and other requests are handled quickly. Breakfast is a buffet plus à la carte options from the chef. The minibar is replenished daily and is complimentary. Sun loungers, towels, and iced water are available at the beach and by the pool. Room cleaning is twice a day. Definitely want to come back! 🩷

The hotel location is absolutely excellent, situated right above the shopping mall. However, after 11 pm, accessing the hotel via the mall is not possible. The swimming pool is okay but does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The rooftop bars are fantastic! If the AC noise could be reduced, it would be perfect and make me want to visit again.

Check-in is on the 23rd floor and breakfast is on the 22nd. The breakfast restaurant is good with a wide variety of dishes, but it gets incredibly crowded, and you often have to wait for coffee. The front desk service was excellent; they even gave us vouchers for the top floor upon check-in. The room amenities were a bit basic—the slippers were just paper, and toiletries were sparse—but the bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel is located in a well-developed commercial area, right next to a huge shopping mall, and close to Chulalongkorn University and the night market. Highly recommended!

The location is absolutely fantastic, right above Central World shopping mall. To get there, take the BTS to Chit Lom station, walk along the skywalk directly into the mall, then take the mall escalator up to the 7th-floor food court. From there, find the supermarket on the same floor, and then locate the supermarket's exit to the parking lot. Outside this exit, you'll see an elevator specifically for transferring to the hotel. Take this elevator up to the 23rd floor, and you'll arrive at the hotel lobby! During your stay, you'll receive a welcome drink voucher for the Red Sky bar on the top floor, and each room also gets a daily 500 Thai Baht dining credit that can be used at several of the hotel's restaurants.
