I had such a great time at this hotel! The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and security were all super friendly and attentive. Our room got plenty of sunlight, and the staff were really sweet with the kids, even kneeling down to talk to them.There are fitness classes you can book from Tuesday to Sunday, and we even spotted a little squirrel by the pool! The Tree House, which is the hotel’s outdoor bar, is definitely worth checking out, and the staff there is so charming. We made some amazing memories during our stay!

We were given the opportunity to stay in their newly refurbished 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment has been exquisitely renovated with modern furnishings and appliances such as washing machine, dryer, and a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The layout is beautiful and spacious. The view from the 30th floor master bedroom is spectacular. The hotel is located in a nice area with coffee shops and spas around. Head to the Smokey Cat cafe for an amazing crème brûlée coffee. The staff are kind and friendly. This is an amazing hotel for big families like ours. We were able to enjoy a wonderful holiday together in the living room space. I love their motto that says “you don’t stay here, you live here” because we really wanted to live there and didn’t want to leave. We will surely be coming back to this hotel on our next trip to Bangkok.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. The front desk staff were warm and efficient; check-in and check-out were quick, and they patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet for sleeping at night. The bathroom was spacious, hot water was consistent, and amenities were comprehensive. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, both Western and Chinese, and the taste was quite authentic, especially the freshly brewed coffee and fresh fruit – a great way to start the day. The only minor drawback was having to wait a bit for the elevator during peak hours, but it didn't really affect the overall experience. All in all, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit this city.

The room was quite good overall — the bed sheets and pillows were clean. However, there was an issue with drain flies. When I first entered the room, I noticed some flying insects. I thought they were mosquitoes at first, but later realized they were drain flies. I killed 4–5 each day, but they kept coming back the next day. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the BTS station every 30 minutes, which is convenient, but I once had to wait for more than 45 minutes.

Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay at 101. The hotel boasts an elegant environment with a modern yet business-oriented design. The overall atmosphere is quiet and orderly, making it perfect for business meetings and work trips. The staff provides professional and thoughtful service; from check-in guidance to room service, everything is meticulous and efficient, responding quickly to all requests for a very comfortable experience. This time, two days after checking out, I realized I'd left my jacket in the room's closet. I contacted Wan, who coordinated with May for assistance, and I promptly retrieved my forgotten clothing. A special thanks to these two employees; they were incredibly kind and caring, just like family. Finally, the hotel's location is excellent, with incredibly convenient transportation, right next to a BTS station and major roads. Getting to the airport and downtown shopping areas is very quick, significantly saving time for business travelers. Overall, it's a top-notch choice for business travelers.

The hotel is in a convenient location. There is a pedestrian bridge linking Thong Lo BTS station to the doorstep of the hotel. There are many cafes nearby as well.
