Good hotel for the price. Located in the local area right next to a great market. If you're feeling lazy there's a restaurant in the hotel plus snacks and drinks

The front desk staff weren't very cheerful. The lights in the living area of the room weren't working. It's a bit old, but good value for the price of just over a thousand baht. It's close to the main road, making it convenient for travel. I'd stay here again if I have the chance.

The location is great, very convenient for transport. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. The front desk staff were really helpful. However, the only downside this time was that my flight was delayed, and the hotel wouldn't refund the one night. The Trip.com staff were excellent though; after 6 hours of communication, even though we couldn't get a refund, they offered me points compensation. I suggest that Thailand's hotels could be a bit more flexible and understanding. Thanks.

Best facility is the swimming pool. Shady and rather clean. Next to gym. Lobby is ok. Balcony in the room is great. Restaurant only serves breakfast, no lunch no dinner. Not too many other options nearby. Clothe hangers are a mix of wire ones and wooden, as if there is no intention to care for details. Door locks require one to pull hard and create noise. Toilet seat and cover could be changed to slow close instead of dropping down Worst thing is that some customers shout and close the door so loudly in the middle of the night. Towels old. Faucet is antiquated. Kettle cover spoiled.

The hotel was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. One thing I really liked was the bathroom—it was very spacious, which made the stay more comfortable. The only downside was the location. It’s a bit far from the city, so getting around took more time than I expected. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend it if you don’t mind being a little away from the city center.

Location was good and the room was immaculate. Great value for a double room. Only downside was the room wasn't cleaned during the stay.

It is convenient since the MRT is a few minutes walk from Exit 1, Ratchadaphisek. The room is spacious although it is quite old hotel, it smelled fine. The only thing I had problem is connecting to wifi. Only the lobby had a working connection. Also, I asked for a room with twin beds but they gave me a double. I think they can improve more and hoping to that til my next stay in Bangkok.

I stayed at Episode 11 Hostel Sukhumvit and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was good — the air conditioner was cool and there was also a fan inside the room, which made the temperature very comfortable. The hostel was clean and the location was very convenient. The separate bathroom area was also good enough for a hostel: the water pressure was strong and the hot water worked well. One small downside is that there is only one hair dryer available in the washroom hand-wash area, so guests may need to wait if it is busy. The only major issue I experienced was with the customer service. The staff seemed to have difficulty communicating in English and were not very patient in trying to understand what guests needed. They were also frequently away from the service counter, so sometimes it took about 5–10 minutes to find someone to assist with check-in or check-out. Overall, the facilities and location are good, but the service could definitely be improved.

Had a pleasant stay there, the quality of the room and service was enough for the price. It is located in a local area where you can get multiple transportation access for traveling around. However, like most hotels on the cheaper side, they provided limited amenities, but the staff was kind and friendly. They gave each of us a coin bag as a New year gift when we checked in. Our room had a nice balcony view, but we could not open the door as it was locked. The AC was a bit old and noisy at night. Thank you for your kind service.

I recently stayed at this apartment-style room and had a very comfortable experience. The bedroom features a large, spacious king-size bed equipped with comfortable pillows and neat linens, enhanced by a modern ambient headboard light that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The room is highly functional and well-equipped for long stays. There is a great kitchen setup complete with a large two-door refrigerator, a microwave, plenty of wooden storage cabinets, and a clean countertop space for light meal preparation. A dedicated working space with a desk and a chair, situated right below a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and next to large built-in wardrobes with full-length mirrors. The wooden flooring throughout the room gives it a warm, cozy, and homey feel. Overall, it is a very functional, clean, and well-proportioned space perfect for travelers who want both comfort and convenience.”
