The room looks old, the bed sheet is dirty.
The towel is dirty, doormats has blood on it.
The AC sound very loud, caused me can not sleep well.
Regret to stay at this hotel.

The service is very poor, unfriendly and slow. Very disappointed staying at this hotel. Suggestions for the receptionist to improve ethics and empathy towards customers. We paid for our stay there.
