Good location halfway between the port/train station and the centre of Banyuwangi, however, if you arrive on the ferry like us Grab taxi drivers won't pick up from this area, we had to walk 200-300 metres from the port to meet our driver. Hotel is new, well-designed, very clean, with nice pool, gym, top floor lounge & bar. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable, with views towards Bali, and we enjoyed our two-night stay very much. Staff were charming and professional, we particularly appreciated Moza (I think that was her name, apologies if not correct) who checked us in & out, and also arranged the Ijen Crater tour for us including the medical check with a local doctor. Another young lady at reception also helped us book train tickets for our onward journey to Probolinggo using the tiket app. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of freshly cooked western and asian options, however, food at other times was average such as the salad & pizza in the photographs, and drinks in the lounge bar very expensive. We recommend taking a short taxi ride to the small restaurants on the coast near the fish market where you can get excellent fresh fish grilled for the same price as the hotel pizza, with a better atmosphere and local colour. We would definitely stay here again, an excellent hotel, great value for money including the breakfast, and we also appreciated the filtered water dispensers on every floor that removed the need for plastic bottles in the room - why don't more hotels offer such a simple way of reducing plastic? Highly recommend.

We stayed here for just a few hours before being collected in the middle of the night to climb Ijen. It was good for the price - the beds were comfy, air conditioning worked well and the room was clean. Reception was manned 24 hours a day, so could check out at midnight. We ate at the restaurant on the top floor, which was fine. The menu wasn’t in great English and some of the western options were slightly odd - my carbonara had breaded chicken in, and pastry cheese straws on the top for some reason. The service was also a little slow for food. However it tasted nice, portions were good and it was very well priced.

I stepped on the asuperior Bungalao with a Bali carving feel, this hotel has to be upgade in terms of building, because it has been able to stand for a long time, for the facilities, well suitable for 3 stars, swimming pool, gym, karaoke etc. , for good service,friendly staff.and for the food tastes good and many choices,i found food selection from the end to the end..for a three star class hotel..

Very good hotel for a transit stop as close to the ferry terminal for the Bali crossing. The hotel spread over a large area with cottages dotted around the main hotel building. Breakfast room spread over 2 large rooms with nice selection of hot and cold food. Pretty swimming pool overlooking the Straits. Cannot comment on the dining room experience as a wedding was taken place and service was affected due to this, but plenty of other eateries in the town.

La struttura è perfetta sotto ogni aspetto, é stato un peccato poterci spendere solo mezza giornata dopo l’alba sull’Ijen. Ideale per un po’ di relax tra le tante attività: Location bellissima e facilmente raggiungibile, pur essendo immersa nella natura. Pasti buoni e abbondanti. Personale professionale e cordiale. I was really tired after going to bromo, so I decided to take an extra day in ijen and stay in a beautiful hotel to rest my feet! It turned out to be too wise 🌟Time and route The hotel is located in a deep mountain, so it is very difficult to find. No wonder the name is: hidden paradise. It takes four or five hours to drive from the foot of Bromo Mountain to the hotel. After entering the mountain, there are S-shaped roads. You must use Google Maps to navigate. We are open from noon to evening, so a two-night stay is more appropriate. 🌟Hotel environment It’s so beautiful that I’m speechless! It feels like this is the back garden of paradise. You can see the volcano🌋 in the distance, as well as the mist in the morning, the green grass, the bright sunshine and the palm trees. The body and mind are healed ❤️🩹, and the fatigue of climbing all night is gone. It can be relieved well. Overall, it is not particularly luxurious, but it gives people a very relaxing feeling and there are not many people. Hotels are basically villas. If it is a standard room, the interior may be average. Welcomes the host, and in the first place it looks very luxury, and it must have been.... When checking in, we had to decide what we wanted to eat in the evening. The choice was limited because there were a number of things not available, the hotel was full was said, shopping error? And we were all alone. What we finally got was reasonable. The swimming pool was delicious after a long journey, but was dirty. The shower was not really hot and the washboard was only cold water (difficult to shake). The air-conditioning in our room worked badly because the electricity was regularly dropped. Fortunately, the good horrors allowed windows to be opened, but there was only a stop contact in the bathroom, fortunately we had a contact box for several switches with us, so that all the devices could be reloaded. The rooms are two under a cape, we had a whole family next to us, quite obeyed... Then, infinitely, noisy song from various mosques nearby, but we were prepared, our ears brought out, in short, an hotel with all the potential, but there must be something here and there.

Overall everything is quite good. Cool and beautiful. Facilities and services are also quite good. Highly recommended✅
