"a pleasant stay at this property! the receptionist was very nice and informative from the start we checked in to this room. the area of the hotel is small and private but the room is very spacious. a plus note that the room smells so good and clean. a simple one yet comfortable enough to stay. maybe a minus point for me, there is no shampoo (idk if its none or they forget to put it back during the cleaning)."

"This was a beautiful property that we spent the one night at whilst visiting Ijen Crater. The property was very spacious and the rooms were lovely and light and very clean. Ours had a lovely verandah overlooking the swimming pool. The gardens were spectacular full of beautiful plants and flowers. The restaurant was very good with lovely food and lovely service. It was very peaceful here."

"I was supposed to go for an Ijen Volcano tour on the 1st of August with them. They did not tell me that the Ijen Volcano was closed and that day when I asked them they said “ah no it is closed, you cannot go” they did not tell me anything in advance even though I took the tour like 3 months ago. Apart from that I paid 500IDR as a deposit and they said they would refund it to me but nothing in a month, I have asked for it several times but still nothing. I would not recommend it at all if you don’t want to be scammed. So sorry for this comment, I would love not to write it. But I have no chance."
