The hotel room layout was well-designed, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. The hotel's office amenities were comprehensive, which significantly reduced the inconvenience of working remotely. Xiao Hao at the front desk was warm and courteous. This hotel is quite close to Baoding East Station, and it's also very convenient to take a taxi or bus from the hotel to the city center. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Although some of the facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness and service are excellent. They even provide complimentary fruits and drinks. The breakfast offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western options, as well as some local specialty snacks. I particularly appreciate that the front desk offered complimentary cookies and warm bottled water when I checked out, and even asked if I needed a ride to the high-speed rail station.

The service was warm and attentive, leaving a deep impression. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious. I was assigned a room on a high floor. The staff were all very welcoming. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. Highly recommended!

My stay at the Baoding Zhuozheng National-Level Hotel was once again fantastic, far exceeding my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the high-speed rail station and highway entrance, making transportation extremely convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. I was particularly impressed with Xiao Cui; check-in was quick, and any issues were resolved promptly. The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and the bedding was comfortable—I especially liked the low bed, which I slept very well on. The room was fully equipped; the Wi-Fi and hot water were excellent, and bottled water was already provided, along with a kettle and tea bags. There was even a welcome fruit plastered on the room, and a welcome message printed on the pillowcases—these small details made me feel truly welcome. The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, and the taste was superb; I wanted to try everything. The hotel also has a Chinese restaurant on the second floor, specializing in Baoding Zhili official cuisine, making dining very convenient. There's also a hot spring resort on the first floor. They even provide a ride to the high-speed rail station upon check-out and thoughtfully prepare a souvenir. This trip was made even more perfect by such excellent accommodation services. I will definitely choose this place again next time and will recommend it to my friends.
