Parking was such a hassle, it really detracted from the experience. The underground parking was dark and felt like a construction site, plus it didn't even connect to the guest rooms. There were no spots available above ground either, making it a real struggle to carry luggage.

I was genuinely surprised by how clean and hygienic the hotel was. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, and the lobby even had snacks prepared for guests, which were delicious! I booked a standard room, and Trip.com also gave me some points for a discount. I only paid 120 yuan. The hotel's location in Baoji Gaoxin is great, the environment is pleasant, and it was a really good experience.

The service attitude was absolutely terrible, and the hotel room environment was also very poor. There were even other people's hairs on the towels. The room was small and cramped, making it very uncomfortable. They treat Ctrip users maliciously.

I stayed here for 2 days1 night and had a great experience. The hotel is close to the Baoji South Railway Station, making it extremely convenient. The rooms are clean, modern, and the staff is very helpful. Great value for money if you are visiting Baoji!

I highly recommend this hotel. My mom and I stayed here, and the room was very spacious. The shower was also very convenient. The only slight drawback was that the underground parking lot isn't finished yet, so there's no elevator, and we had to walk up and down. However, overall it was excellent, and the service was great.

As dusk settled, the distant neon lights looked like a spilled palette, casting hazy reflections on the glass. The marble countertop in the bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries were from a niche brand, with foam as fine as melted cream. When I turned over in bed at night, the mattress provided just the right amount of support, and even the air conditioning hummed softly like a whisper. It turns out that a good hotel is never just a cold building; it's the warmth hidden in every corner, turning travel fatigue into a gentle, memorable experience.

Comfy bed, decent location and friendly staff.

This hotel is within walking distance to the Bronze Museum and Chencang old street. The room is spacious, cozy and comfortable. The washing machine in the room is an extra credit. There are eatery nearby the hotel. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Not to forget, there are free snacks at the lobby.

It's quite near the Baoji South Station and Chencang Old Street, easily reached by taxi or Didi Travel. The room is equipped with a washing machine and it also provides washing powder 😁. The hotel offers a free Chinese-style breakfast👍. The restaurant serves nice Chinese dishes while the Yoyo Coffee at the lobby is just great for coffee *******.

The overall environment is fine, and the cleanliness is excellent. I've stayed here three or four times. Initially, I thought it was just individual rooms with poor soundproofing, but after several stays, I realized the room partitions are poorly made – they should be wooden partitions, not wooden ones. Everything is clearly audible. Light sleepers should definitely not consider staying here. Secondly, the so-called double room is basically just a large bed divided into two small windows; it's not good value for money.

Stayed for 3 nights in total. It was a good stay. However, when I was packing my luggage on the day of check-out, I found that one piece of clothing was missing. All other things were there. I bought it and never wore it out of the hotel, and it was white. I told the front desk when I checked out. I thought it was to extend my stay and needed to swipe it. After swiping the card, it couldn't open again. I called the front desk and asked the front desk. The front desk said that the door lock might be out of power and asked me to wait at the door for a while. After a while, a sister came and swiped the card for a long time, saying that it was out of power and asked the engineering to come. The engineering came and swiped the card for a long time again, saying that he went down to get the battery. Aren't the messages not interoperable? They made me wait. Oh, avoid lightning.
