very clean and nice bedrooms. very welcoming staff. Good breakfast with very good coffee. I couldnt check the swimming pool, it is only open from 9am to 9pm, pity

Pleasant staff, offered a free upgrade on my room and brought some welcome snacks to our room both nights we were there. Definitely a good option if ever in Baoshan for some reason.

五一出來玩兒了幾天住的最好的酒店了，有自己的花園，像是一個培訓中心的樣子，五星級沒毛病，從房間到衞生到服務都沒的説，房間還有陽台，夠得上五星級了，早餐也不錯，周圍也安靜，睡的很香

酒店還可以，旁邊好像是政府，感覺更像政府接待酒店，中規中矩，如果度假還是推薦頭一天我們去的官房酒店，來的每天都霧霾，也是醉了！

房間安靜舒適，五星標準，賓館的飯菜口味好價格合適，睡眠隔音好，服務員態度好，因旅遊累了，在餐廳訂的餐送房間量大。

房間挺寬敞。設施中規中矩，不算很新，但是床沒有問題。衞生也還行。缺點是沒有區分無煙房。不過給我們換的一間，基本沒有煙味。服務還行，但是有些細節還是需要改進。比如游泳池的一些凌亂可以整理一下。總體上，這家酒店挺值的。我挺喜歡保山這個城市的。

設施：設施齊全，有單獨的衣帽間行李架，有冰箱，衞生間淋浴間乾濕分離👍
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：位於保山學院對面，周圍市鎮機關比較多，整體來説非常安靜。晚上可以開車在附近逛一逛，飯店很多，火瓢牛肉是當地特色，另外，咖啡店也很多，附近有一家希音咖啡年輕人挺多的，有時間可以去逛逛。
服務：服務態度好，酒店的早餐品種豐富，味道也不錯。
