進房間的路程有點遙遠，其他沒有什麼太大問題。

房間很寬敞，窗户很大，很透光。獨立的粧容鏡好評！酒店就在內蒙古科技大學對面，離火車站不遠，位置也很好，下次還會再來！

房間衞生條件不錯，位置臨街交通方便，旁邊有葯店、水果店、超市等，西行500米有吾悦廣場商超，購物娛樂非常便利。工作人員服務態度很好，支持原房續訂。

服務態度太差，從來沒有遇到過這家酒店這樣劣質的服務，入住前還湊合，住下後，各方便服務都太壞了，第一次遇到這樣的酒店。沒想到現在還有這種服務的錦江之星酒店。

前台小姐姐very nice💖，第一次來包頭入住某國際大酒店結果非常老舊，還有發黴味道，果斷換了附近價格便宜一半的錦江，距離包頭站一公里，樓下就是超市，位置不錯，房間也不小，相比同行業的q天房間大多了，給個好評

晚上到達的，提前在攜程上預訂的，帶着兩個孩子，在前台等着開房，後面去的前台先給開，開了以後還準備給後去的開，我説了我先來的，才給我開，後面給開的房，白天看外面都是黑的，外面還放了幾台空調外機，吵死了，房間的水打開黃的，放了好久水才能用
