The service of Atour is beyond imagination! From the moment we walked in, the smile of the front desk manager made us feel warm. Knowing that we were with children, not only did they take the initiative to upgrade the quiet room type, but they also sent children's slippers and toiletries. We needed an extra quilt late at night, and within 5 minutes of putting down the phone, the waiter knocked on the door and delivered it. When I checked out, I left the charger behind, and Aunt Wang from the housekeeping department contacted me immediately and helped to send it back. This kind of meticulous care makes traveling as safe as going home. The environment is as clean and comfortable as ever, and the sleep quality is perfect. Highly recommended to all friends who pay attention to service details!

I want to give 150 points out of 100. Clean and tidy, the service attitude is particularly good, the front desk brother and sister speak gently, and the ability to solve problems quickly. The parent-child room we stayed in has complete room facilities, especially the pillows, mattresses and quilts of Atour, which are super comfortable. You can fall into a deep sleep directly after lying on them. The hygiene is very clean. There is a giant panda in the room. The child was originally clamoring to go home, but when he saw the giant panda doll, he held it and played with it. There was also a small tent for children. The child was reluctant to leave when he left. There is also a laundry room on the fifth floor. The staff can help take care of it for free. It is a washing and drying machine, which solves the big problems during the trip. When leaving the hotel, the child was given a small gift, which made him feel very happy! ! ! And they all pay attention to details, which makes people feel very warm and comfortable.

Facilities: I arrived at the hotel in the evening. The water in the sink was adjustable, but the shower water was cold. I called customer service, and they initially said it would warm up after a while. It still wasn't hot, so they told me it was the correct temperature. The bathroom water is thermostated. Are you kidding me? This isn't my first time staying at Atour, and I'm just dying here. Cleanliness: Okay. Environment: There are only a few free parking spaces in front of the hotel, so you have to fight for them. If there aren't any, you can park on the street. The hotel doesn't care about parking. Service: The front desk was very good and polite, and even upgraded my room. The housekeeping service was terrible, and completely perfunctory.

The air conditioner needs to be turned on by the front desk. The return visit attitude is very poor.

As a Ctrip Gold Diamond member, this is the first time I've given a negative review of a hotel I've stayed at. First, the parking lot is public and unmanaged, completely filthy. I even found a nail in it—horrible! I provided two IDs for check-in, but the front desk negligently called me back afterward, saying I only provided one ID and needed to reissue one. From the moment I checked in, the front desk clerk was sullen and lacked any sense of service or basic courtesy. The service level wasn't what you'd expect from Atour. I had to ask where breakfast was and what time it was. During check-out, the front desk clerk even asked me to leave a positive review on Ctrip. When I said I couldn't for some reason, their attitude suddenly changed. They didn't even offer the most basic courtesy, like saying goodbye. In short, their professionalism and service awareness were inadequate! The room was average, but the decor was very smelly, and I was miserable all night. The breakfast table was littered with used dishes, which took a long time to clear. Several guests were smoking in the dining room, and no staff intervened. There were also people smoking in the elevator. In short, this is the worst hotel experience I have had in all these years, and it is also the first time I have given a bad review to a hotel!
