During the National Day holiday, I went hiking with friends in the surrounding area. Our housekeeper, Charlie, added us on WeChat before check-in and gave us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. He was incredibly responsive, recommending hiking routes, brazier barbecue, and cafes in advance. He was always there for us! Ocean Springs couldn't be without Charlie! MGallery by Sofitel couldn't be without Charlie, a truly fascinating soul. The general manager, please stop grinding your burritos and remember to add chicken drumsticks, chicken drumsticks, and chicken drumsticks. Important things to say three times. The room cleanliness was excellent. As for any other flaws, I drank the freshly squeezed juice Charlie provided, so I won't mention them again.
The natural hot springs were very pleasant, not boiled water. The front desk lady at the hot springs was also very nice. The sliced noodles for breakfast were delicious. The general manager was very thoughtful in grinding fresh tortillas, and the taste was quite good. The room was quiet, and I slept well. It was a wonderful escape from the crowds.
Getting married was very convenient, with the registration office right at the door.
Recharging is complete. I wish you a happy National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival.

GGuest UserFor our summer trip with the kids, I spent a long time choosing and finally settled on Weizuo. After checking in, it really lived up to my expectations, and I loved it. It has a bit of a French style. We had a two-bedroom suite, which felt a bit like a stylish serviced apartment. The room layout was very well-designed and functional. There's an art gallery on the first floor, which had a nice ambiance. Breakfast was quite varied, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere.
Facilities: The mattress was a bit on the soft side.
Cleanliness: Clean.
Environment: Comfortable and relaxing.
Service: Concise and efficient.
Boutique Coffee Shop - Morning Coffee & Evening Wine Deluxe Package / 2 drinks: The coffee shop is right next to the hotel, and the drinks were good. However, the service was mediocre. To be honest, I was quite satisfied with everything else around the hotel. The service at the coffee shop made this trip a bit unpleasant. We used free vouchers and also made additional purchases. We were playing card games with the kids, which the coffee shop itself provided, when surprisingly, a staff member asked us to be quiet because someone was working there 🤫. At the time, I didn't pay much attention and just apologized. Later, I realized we weren't even being that loud. There was only one other customer in the shop, and later I figured out it was probably a friend of the coffee shop staff, working on a laptop. I felt that as a paying customer, and given the coffee shop itself provided games, and we weren't being noisy, it was quite a letdown. We left without finishing our coffee, feeling quite unwelcoming.
To the right of the hotel exit, there's a noodle shop, which is Michelin 3-star – quite impressive! We found long queues when we went out for lunch. Highly recommend 👍.
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, and the price is very affordable.

HHuichihuizhuhuiwanFamily! Who understands! After lying in bed for a day at the Nikko Hotel Chengdu Yixin Lake, I felt like I had been spoiled into a useless person! ! 🏨✨
I thought it was just an ordinary hotel with a high appearance, but I was taken advantage of as soon as I entered the door! The guy at the front desk smiled as if he had turned on a ten-level soft light filter. He stuffed me with a welcome drink before I even had my luggage. Was this service because he was afraid that I would be thirsty? 🥤
The room was even more outrageous! The floor-to-ceiling windows faced Yixin Lake. When I was woken up by the sun in the morning, I thought I had lived in the limited edition of the Sky City in Chengdu! The bathtub is big enough to hold a party, and the amenities are all high-end. After taking a bath, I felt so fragrant that I could play the role of a domineering president falling in love with me💃
I want to praise its breakfast! The triple buffs of Chinese, Western and Japanese are stacked, from spicy wontons to freshly cut salmon. Even I, who have trouble getting up, can get up two hours early for breakfast! What's even more outrageous is that there are panda-shaped desserts for afternoon tea, so cute that you can't bear to eat them🐼
There is a shopping mall downstairs. When you are tired of shopping, go back to the hotel to lie down, and when you wake up, go downstairs to enjoy hot pot. Who can not love this fairy-like life? ! Come to Chengdu and listen to advice! Stay here! I guarantee you will be so happy that you don't want to check out! ! [Laughing and crying R][Laughing and crying R]

GGuest UserThis year, I've stayed at three Marriott hotels. The one in Shenzhen received a negative review, and the one in Xi'an a positive one. This Chengdu Marriott landed somewhere in the middle – I didn't have much interaction with the hotel's service, so I won't comment on its quality.
These days, staying at a high-end chain hotel often means a personal butler will connect with you (usually via WeChat) to proactively check on your needs, but this Marriott didn't offer such a service. What's more, the facilities felt quite dated; it's a hotel that's over ten years old, and the bathroom sink faucet was even leaking.
The only thing I was satisfied with was its location. Situated on Chunxi Road, it's incredibly convenient to walk to Taikoo Li and other popular pedestrian shopping areas.
When checking in, I asked the front desk for a room with a better view. I was given the highest floor, but honestly, the surrounding street view wasn't anything special. It was truly underwhelming compared to the stunning river view I enjoyed in Chongqing during my previous stay.

GGuest UserAmazing customer service proficient in Chinese and English! Upgraded our single rooms to double room for free and was welcoming for a late 1am check-in time. Very clean and modern rooms with a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff willing to make coffee for us each morning, free umbrellas, a small garden courtyard to wind down, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city but away from busy streets, tucked in near a temple and side street eateries yet only a 10 min taxi to popular attractions. One flaw:
No designated car park for taxi. Have to walk 20 metres to a side street, not a big deal but please be aware as it might be hard to find. There is a sign but we didn’t notice at 1am haha. You’re in the right street if you see this entrance -＞

__WeChat221037****The service was truly exceptional. I had booked the room for my client, who arrived quite early that day. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be there to greet them myself, and the room I had reserved wasn't ready yet. However, the front desk quickly offered a solution: they prioritized a room upgrade, which allowed for a smooth check-in.
During their stay, my client specifically commended one of the ladies at the front desk (whose name I didn't catch). The following morning, we had an early departure for a site visit. When I came down to the lobby to pick up my client around 5:30 AM, the kind lady working the night shift had thoughtfully prepared two breakfast bags for us to take on the road. She explained that these were originally for other guests who would pick them up later, and she would prepare fresh ones for them once the kitchen opened.
I've never encountered such flexible and understanding service – they truly know how to accommodate guests' needs! My client was so impressed that they even left a letter of commendation for the hotel upon check-out. Highly recommended!

CCeeVieAreThis is my first visit to Chengdu and Qionglai city. This hotel or courtyard stay is affiliated to Wyndham Garden along Wenjun Street i.e. big square with various shops for shopping (sports attire brands, yinshion, Miniso), dining and decors perfect for social media posting. Dining options include McD, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Chagee, Naixue, Heytea, Mixue and local brand dining or beverage operators. Outside the square/Wyndham Garden there are Lawson, Family Mart, 7 eleven and local Hongqiao marts(prices lower). Local mini restaurants selling Sichuan food, noodles, dumplings, snacks are also available outside the square/garden, opposite AllAboutLove bakery and Naixue outlet.
Qionglai city is closely associated with a historical female poet called Zhuo Wenjun. Her residence and Wenjun well built during Han Dynasty is located 10-15 mins walk from Wyndham Garden. Look for Bank of China branch and walk across the street to reach China Construction Bank branch
Then walk straight down until you see a public toilet on your right and cross the street. Walk until you see an open space carpark and go in the carpark you will find Wenjun Residence on your left, entry is free.
You may book a car to Qionglai city from Tianfu airport but be prepared to pay RMB400+ equivalent using trip app. Going back to Chengdu city by car is about RMB200. Standby with some cash if you encounter QR code scan problem. There are also buses and trains options to reach here.
1 -0.5 hours drive you can visit famous Tiantai Mountain, Pingle Ancient Town, Bamboo Canyon Scenic Area ( went there and love it❤️❤️❤) , Yuanwozi winery, etc. ️
My stay was very refreshing and Manager Ma was very helpful and accommodating to all my queries. My travelling plans to nearby attractions was fulfilled despite unfavourable weather, drizzling 2 days non stop. I would recommend for atleast 2 night stays to enjoy 1 day outskirt trip + 1 day chill in the room and enjoy backyard outdoor onsen to relax. Breakfast buffet include western (cereal/salad/eggs/sausages/ham/fries/bread), dimsum, soup, cakoi and soya bean, 3x types of porridges and condiments, local breakfast ( starter or salad, fried rice, meat and vegetable dishes), deserts, local fruits and cut fruits. Hotel staff can also help to order takeouts for you.
