Amazing
GGuest UserOur first stay at hotel 66 and this hotel complex was fantastic from arrival to leaving firstly on arrival the team at the door helped with luggage with kindness and respect a great start then George at the reception desk  another assist to the business kind helpful respectful always with a smile 😃 thank you 🙏 room was excellent not the best view but it was a basic room and far better than expected and it was immaculate again housekeeping great 👍 and wanted to help ,  breakfast again excellent on the first day exceptional and the young chef that likes football making omelettes again exceptional ( wearing a black chefs outfit ) kind respectful and thinking about customers needs again a great 👍 asset to any team thank you . On our second visit breakfast was a little more upside down 🙃 as it was so busy but still you could see the team in most was trying again great . The communal areas again immaculate- I’ve stayed now at the  Ritz , Conrad , Western , and Pier 66 is miles ahead . Thank you all for making our short stay so enjoyable and without doubt 10 out of 10  thank you Angelo Ianniello and Family stayed 26/12/2025 for two nights .

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel was decent enough for a 1-night stay before our flight the next day. The condition off the room itself was a little run down but very clean. The onsite pool wasn't anything special but sufficiently suitable for a dip to cool off. The onsite restaurant was had very generous portions at a fair price (for the area). The beach-front location was amazing and the service we experienced was top notch. Given that this was the cheapest option in the vicinity at the time, overall, it was a good value and we would seriously consider staying here again should the opportunity arise.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I want to state that there is absolutely no racial discrimination. However, when I checked in at 3 a.m. after flying for more than ten hours, I walked into the store and asked the only black clerk, ”Hi, where is the reception?” The other party actually replied to me, ”I’m the only one here, are you blind?” I was shocked. I have been to so many countries, and this is the first time I feel the ”hospitality” of the people of Florida. Although the clerk apologized to me in the end and complained that he was always scheduled to work late and couldn’t go back to be with his children, so he was in a bad mood (he talked to me for a long time), but the first impression still refreshed my three views, and I finally gave a tip. However, the other employees are not bad, most of them are minorities, and the transportation is also very convenient. In short, it is a very ”strange” stay experience

GGuest UserIt takes about 20 minutes by Uber from the airport to the hotel, costing around USD 20。 I’m staying for five days to attend a conference. I booked Deluxe Junior King Suite with Ocean view, inclusive of the resort fee is the: two bottled waters replenished daily inside the room, two beach chairs, two adult bicycle rentals, two wellness classes. Each day when I return after a full schedule, the room is cleaned and tidied up nicely.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The location was great. Downtown, easy access to everywhere, without feeling like you’re in the middle of a busy city. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Over all, the vibe of the place is very much like college dorm or summer camp for grown adults. I’d definitely stay here again. The free breakfast every morning was also a very nice addition.

GGuest UserIt is very suitable for friends who rent a car or travel by car. Parking is free and it is very close to Exit 95 of the highway. As for other aspects, the basic overview is average. The front desk staff hardly speaks, perhaps because they face all kinds of guests every day. But don't expect too much, it's OK.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel 2/19-2/23 and was in 4 different rooms in 4 nights. The first room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. We were switched right away. The second room windows had phallic symbols drawn all over them, there were no shelves or towel bars in the bathroom and a permanent shower door that only covered half the shower so water went all over the floor. We had disturbances in the hallway at approx 1:30a both nights and no one is at front desk from 11p - 7a to handle the situation, they expect you to call the police. The third room was small (we didn't care) with balcony and ocean view. No hair dryer, which we requested and never received. However, french doors that connected to the room next door. They had a lock but didn't shut all the way and had a huge gap.(pics attached) This is a huge issue for many reasons. Safety - as the occupants pulled on the doors at 10:30p and could have pulled hard and pulled them open. Disturbing - they were so loud and with the gap, we might as well have been in the same room because we could hear their entire conversation. They were loud from 10:30p - 11:30p and then again from 1:15a - 3a. This room is clearly an extension of the suite and no one should be allowed to stay in there that doesn't know the people staying in the suite, let alone charge them for it. Finally the fourth room - had ocean view and balcony but the shower handle came off when I turned it on, again no shelves or towel bars, the half shower door and we were woken up at 12:30a but what we think was power-washing going on in the kitchen outside because the generator was so loud. The front desk receptionists tried to be as helpful as they could in switching our rooms. One of them did reimburse us our resort fees of $60 (which turned out they only did half). But it took time out of our vacation each day to talk with them and come in from the beach to pack, switch rooms and unpack our things. 2 of the 3 floor hallways we were in smelled like marihuana every time we got off the elevator. The Tiki Bar food and drinks are good although they are slow. The staff was vocal on 3 different occasions to us about them being short staffed. I sent 3 emails to the general manager Mike Lang and left several messages with the front desk. He finally called to tell me he had passed on my email to someone named Sarah to reach out (his boss). He explained he was sorry for our issues and understood where we were coming from but that he couldn't do anything except offer a free night. Considering the trouble we went through, the fact that I don't know when my friend and I could come back and one night is not enough, I said we would prefer reimbursement. He did reimburse us the other half of the resort fees ($30). I asked him for Sarah's contact information and he wouldn't give it out and told me she would be in touch. I have sent 2 follow up emails to him that I haven't heard from her and have got nothing. This is not how anyone expects to spend their vacation. Time consuming and frustrating to say the very least. It is even more aggravating that they are not responding to try to make it right. I've reported this hotel to the BBB and am awaiting a response.

GGuest UserThe location was great because it was right off the beach but it wasn’t as great the experience. First they have hidden charges they don’t tell you online when you are booking the hotel, you only find out about the charge right when you finish paying (like the hotel $40 fee) and when you are checking in they charge $48 for mandatory valet service if the $42 self parking is full. Additionally, we thought we were going to say in the big building as shown in the picture but no they made up stay in a smaller building across the parking lot. The rooms do not look like they do in the pictures, they are a lot smaller and not that nice. Overall I didn’t enjoy the hotel at all but now I know for next time
