What an amazing hotel. We have just spent a relaxing, satisfying 10 days splashing about in the sea (the hotel has its own bit of beach and free sun loungers) and being beautifully looked after by the hotel's excellent staff. We stayed half board, and loved the straight- forward but tasty dinner on offer. The dining room staff were charming and helpful. We first arrived when the restaurant had finished serving, but the brilliant maître d' served us a beautiful piece of sea bass! The reception staff were amazingly patient (they help me sort out some ferry reservations) and friendly. I'm usually impatient to leave at the end of a holiday, but I would happily have stayed another week. A shining example of a beautifully competent holiday hotel. This is the fourth time I have stayed at Hotel San Giorgio Terme. The staff is among the friendliest, most helpful staff around. The ladies at the front desk arranged excursions and organized a private boat tour of the island for our family. Pina kept the indoor thermal pool area clean and well stocked with towels. She greeted us each day with a smile and kind words. Luigi and Sebastian took exemplary care of us in the bar/lounge area while Clorinda and Fermina made sure our rooms were spotless. The restaurant offers the most incredible salad bar with plenty vegetable options for both lunch and dinner. Giovanni not only makes the best cappuccino but he ensures you have everything you need at each meal! Maitre D Giorgio greeted us warmly and offered suggestions and options that suited each member of our group of 7 perfectly! The beach is a short walk across the street and the bus stops right outside the hotel property. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning again!

The hotel is situated in a nice area, and everyone is exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you! It is a clean and tidy hotel. The sea is easy to access (for people who can manage stairs), and there were always sunbeds! The room was basic and fine. I had a room with a sea view; however, it felt more like a sea and car park view! Although it is a calm and relaxing hotel, the room was noisy due to the nearby car park, and the doors make a loud sound when they close. The breakfast area on the terrace overlooking the sea is wonderful. The breakfast itself was ok. It is easy to get to Aragonese Castle (such an amazing place to visit). Again, a big thanks to the staff members.

I like to start with the positives… Lovely view, clean room, very pleasant staff.. Very good spa treatments. Area on the beach with sunbeds specific to the hotel. Too remote without a hire car, steep walk to half hourly bus or 35-40 Euros for the 15 mins ride into the port of Ischia.. The tourist season doesn’t start until the last week of May, apart from a few Germans scattered here and there. Hence the title… the room was basic, 3 star quality. The french window onto the balcony was warped and needed two of us to close it.. When I asked about tea and coffee facilities in the room.. I was sent a ketttle…Just a kettle.. I then asked for cups which did arrive but the tea and coffee was obviously a step too far and never arrived… You have to pay for water and change of beach towels.. Seriously in a 4 star? Dinner is only between 19.30-20.30… At 25 Euros a head, it’s reasonable but uninspiring. There were a few local restaurants on the beach front but most don’t open in the evening until late May. This hotel has potential but as it stands, not value for money.

Excellence in All they Do! I would give San Giorgio Terme Hotel 6 stars if I could. Everything about this Hotel is exceptional. We had a nice room with a large terrace and a gorgeous view! We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel San Giorgio Terme and we will comeback again!

It's my great pleasure to leave a very positive comment on our experience at the San Giorgio Hotel. We spent about a week there and had a very good room with sea view. The very professional and friendly staff at reception (Lea and Claudia) did their utmost to assist us with our requests (we are not easy customers) and I want to thank them for letting me use a room for a very important presentation on Zoom. We were also pampered by warm Xintia at the spa and enjoyed wonderful massages from the experienced Monica. The Fango treatment followed by massages made us feel totally rejuvenated. Pina in the thermal facilities is also the most smiling and lovely person. I should not forget the wonderful breakfast that we enjoyed every morning (we did not take half board) with the best view possible, the most friendly and cheerful staff, and the greatest coffee. The cleaning crew was also wonderful and very fast in cleaning our room every morning. Overall, we can only thank the wonderful staff of San Giorgio, which for us felt a bit like a family. The hotel is very clean, at the best location of the Maronti beach, and is reasonably priced. We look forward to returning there next year.

Very nice hotel with great facilities, spacious rooms and fabulous food. The hotel has various wings, make sure you ask for a sea view room. They also have agreement with the beach, so sun loungers and umbrellas are included. Very friendly staff.

For me and my cousin it was the first time that we visited Ischia, although we come from the area we were not sure on what to expect. The island is magnificent. We loved the Terme at S. Giorgio purely because Pina made it really special and fun for us. She is clean, funny, very knowledgeable and a very polite person. Pina it was a pleasure to meet you and hope that you be there next year.

This is a lovely relaxing hotel. Situated just above Maronti beach ( a few minutes walk) . The hotel is quietly understated, but service and facilities are excellent. We had a sea view room - beautiful view over the bay. Rooms are clean and spacious. We were half board and enjoyed at table service, 4 course meals each evening. Entertainment is very low key which suits us. Outside thermal pool area is so relaxing, with no scrambling for lounges. All the staff, from housekeeping, restaurant and reception are friendly and helpful. One very tiny suggestion would be soft close mechanisms for the doors, which can bang very loudly. All in all a perfect haven for rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff.

The views and breakfast are fantastic! However - my son had to switch rooms due to poor air conditioning and the front desk staff this evening (sept 7) was rude and condescending. There is also a fantastic pizzeria between the hotel and the beach which is delicious. The private beach chairs and Umbrellas are very nice!

This is a small hotel on Maronti Beach. The hotel has its own private section on the beach with its own chairs and umbrellas. The beach is wonderful, the water warm and great to swim in. It is beautiful. The hotel itself is so welcoming. The staff go out of their way to be accommodating and friendly. They remembered when my daughter was not at breakfast and they got her a plate without me asking. 1. Definitely get an ocean view room. 2. Definitely eat diner at the hotel. Some of the best meals I have ever had in my life. 3. Definitely eat lunch in one of the shacks on the beach. Best Pizza I have ever had in the Pizza place immediately below the hotel. It is definitely an older more mature crowd. Most people over 50. Enough stuff to do on there island, but getting there requires an expensive taxi ride. for instance we hiked up to the top of Mount Epomeo. Required a 20 minute taxi ride there and back. (definitely worth it). Expect to spend most of your day just relaxing on the beach and reading a book. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.

Maybe The best spa in Ischia? Very nice and professional staff. Very clean🤩. Very spacious rooms and excellent spa area. Fantastic meals. The real luxury italian spa experience🤩. This is a hotel that we have visited several times and would come back again.

An "old style" hotel with a spasmodic attention to the customer who is "pampered" at all times. Beautiful thermal pool, with always present of the staff (Pina) to fulfill every request. Sumptuous breakfast with friendly and attentive staff, fresh strawberries and melon are just the icing on the cake. Highest quality bathroom amenities, easy access to the beach. To improve the shower inside the tub.

Esperienza davvero magnifica! Avevo bisogno di una vacanza rilassante e qui la realtà ha superato le aspettative: Il posto è stupendo, a pochi passi dal capolinea del bus (fondamentale x me che ero a piedi) e con vista mare da sogno. Lo staff del ristorante / bar col maitre Giorgio in testa, mi ha coccolato in tutto e per tutto, tra pietanze squisite, gentilezza e garbo di tutto il personale. Per me era fondamentale l'accesso al mare e, anche se nuvoloso, ho trascorso momenti bellissimi in spiaggia. Ma il luogo del cuore è stato l'area spa con sauna, piscina e lettini per rilassarsi. Qui la splendida signora Pina si prende cura di tutti con il suo sorriso e la sua simpatia. Che dire, vorrei ripartire ora... ma non credo passerà troppo tempo.... Ci vediamo presto!
