Actually quite disappointed for them to arrange big group of ppl check in at the same time and room is not ready at 4pm which is unacceptable. Majority of room check out at 12pm and you only allow for check in at 3pm. So is fine, but you should get ready all the rooms already. You already aware that, 27/6 check in should be very crowded due to concert event. Seems like your team is not ready. Besides, room clean, bed and pillow is nice.
