Delta Hotels Huntington Mall

It was good!!

We have stayed at this hotel the last few times we have visited west Virginia we love the executive suites. In the past the service was exceptional but this time the staff seemed annoyed that they had to do there job. Was not very welcoming or friendly all of the ladies employed there were very rude. Though I love this hotel myself and my family will not be returning to this location.

Me and my family stayed for 2 nights and I must say this hotel was the best experience I have had with traveling with my family. Other than the tub in the bathroom needs to be glazed the service and breakfast at the hotel was amazing.

The room smelled a little musty, but it was clean. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. I wish I could cast to the tv from my phone the "connect my device" option never works.

I was only there for a quick over the night stay, the room was nice and the staff I dealt with were helpful

Breakfast should have been free they switch bait you. Say its included then make you pay

The room was not as clean as usual and the bed looked like someone had all ready slept in it when we walked into the room. Bed was very hard but the pillows was pretty soft. Probably won’t stay here again even though we have stayed multiple times in the past.

The room was very clean. Pool and hot tub area were very relaxing and well taken care of
