I frequently visit Barcelona and always choose good hotels, but each stay is a nightmare. I specifically requested a quiet floor, yet both times I was given a room right next to a cleaning room, and on a particularly noisy floor with early morning disturbances! I didn't get a single good night's sleep! On top of that, I was overcharged double for the city tax. The two previous major hotels I stayed at charged the exact amount shown on the confirmation, so this is the first time I've encountered a hotel with such arbitrary charges, and they even tried to justify it. When you're traveling, sometimes you just don't want to argue! On the second day of my three-day stay, my room key card stopped working. When I changed rooms, the front desk only activated the card for one day, leaving me locked out in the middle of the night—it was absolutely frustrating. For my fellow Chinese travelers considering this hotel, I strongly advise you to check in at the front desk in person to confirm your room beforehand. It seems that even when you pay a lot, you don't get fair treatment in Europe! You'll be discriminated against. The front desk staff will say all the right things but won't actually do anything for you! If possible, just go for a short-term apartment instead of a hotel. Of course, many apartments are run by Chinese people, and some of them also overcharge! If you don't absolutely have to, don't come to Barcelona! 😂
Service: The staff at the hotel lobby seemed very polite, but they only genuinely served foreign guests.
Booked a double room for nearly 1000 per night. The flight arrived late and there was only one small room left. Later, I changed to the room in the second picture, which was not big either. A bit old. No mineral water and slippers were provided, saying that only premium rooms have them. There is a swimming pool on the roof.
It is a bit far from the city center, but it is convenient to get to Sagrada Familia by subway for six or seven stops.
The overall cost performance is not high.
It's so great! It's close to Barcelona Sants Station, it's cozy, and the rooms are bright. ㅎㅎ Above all, the staff was so kind that my first trip started off great! Thanks to the staff member Javier, I had a great stay! And the water pressure was really strong. ㅋㅋ
The room is super spacious for 4 people, the bathroom is also great and is wheelchair accessible, although we didn't need it.
The cleaning service is a 10, they clean every day very well and change the towels.
The breakfast is also great, buffet style and has everything.
The staff is super nice and helpful.
We stayed there for three days and I'm very happy.
If I return to Barcelona, I will definitely return to this hotel.
The room is small, but it is clean and hygienic, the breakfast is not rich, the transportation is very convenient, the taxi is less than 100 meters away from the subway

The facilities are a bit old, and the water in the wash basin can't seep down. The Spanish are very enthusiastic and very nice to us. The service is very considerate. The location is excellent, and Casa Mila and Batlló are just a few minutes' walk away. The subway station is also very close. There are breakfast shops, Western restaurants, and Chinese restaurants all around. We often meet locals who greet us in Chinese.
Hotel just beautiful, very clean, smiling and very friendly staff, very clean and great swimming pool, park just opposite to access Camp Nou, bakery restaurant and shops nearby, well located next to the underground parking lot!
As a 3 starts hotel, it more than perfect. I think it could be 4 stars hotel .
The location of hotel is very good, also room was very clean. Also, receptionist was friendly, it offers to keep my luggage in the hotel even after the checkout.

CChiao10The location is really great, and the room is big and comfortable. There is a small drawback. The hair dryer needs to be pressed down continuously to work, and it is very heavy. It is really not friendly to girls with long hair. Your fingers will get cramps from pressing it every day. There was also a small episode. When I checked in in the morning, I was told that there was a room available for me to stay in first. However, after entering the room, I found that it was an accessible room, which did not feel like a vacation. After I told the front desk, I had to wait until three o'clock in the afternoon for a room to be available and then I could stay in a normal room. If there are travelers with the same experience as me, don't force yourself.
AAnonymous UserHotel location is very good, the front desk service is warm, the hotel recommended to us is good and cheap. The facilities in the hotel are better. Although it is located near the old port, the actual stay experience is not noisy. The disadvantage is that the hotel is located in a small alley, and there will be people worried about bad security nearby.

GGuest UserThe balcony was superb! Would have appreciated if they have more tissues! Very convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants around, even 24hr supermarkets!
SsalarmAn old hotel near the Arc de Triomphe in the old city. Overall, it is comparable to three-star hotels in China. The price is worth the experience. The bar is too old and the rooftop garden pool is basically for decoration. Living in the old city is still stressful. There are many black and Muslim friends, and some of them actively come up to chat and ask for cigarettes. It is not recommended for women to live alone in the old city.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent. But the room is too basic and not worthy of 4 stars. There is only one electric plug in the whole room, and the computer cannot be plugged in while charging the mobile phone. In addition, it is right above the subway. You can hear the sound of the subway coming and going at night, and you can also feel the vibrations. There was no quilt, just two layers of sheets. Fortunately, I found a blanket in the cupboard and added it to keep me from getting cold. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The service is okay, but not particularly good.
XXiaoyangshifuThe location is very good, but it is during the Mobile World Congress, which has caused prices to rise. It is recommended to add more king-size rooms and pay attention to the catering services for Muslim customers during Ramadan.
