The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything you might need. The reception area has a very unique decor, like a mini art gallery. The room is a bit small, but it's very clean and has a modern bathroom.

Eixemple is the much be location in Barcelona and the hotel is on a lovely street full of restaurants, cafés, shops etc. The hotel is well designed with spacious, spotless room. There was some noise but it was ok. The staff was very helpful.
