Apartaments Sant Jordi Girona 97

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom window didn't close completely and it was cold inside, in addition to smelling like a garbage dump, if you didn't close the door the room also smelled like a pipe. Some towels were dirty with stains and were very old. The apartment in general was dirty. General cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence. The apartment was renovated in pieces and there were unrepaired damages to the skirting boards, the bathroom window or one of the blinds in the living room that did not go down. The TV was very small although I did not use it. The apartment for two people is in the building next door to the one advertised and it is on a mezzanine floor (it is not even a first floor) and either you sleep with earplugs or you don't sleep at all (you can hear everything from the street and being in a building that has medical consultations and more rented, if you are not woken up by the noise of the street or the motorcycles, the neighbors will wake you up). It also has a bar 10m away with a terrace that doesn't help. It doesn't have air conditioning, just a fan in the living room, so in summer it must be horrible, I don't even want to imagine it. It is in an area where you can't even stop to leave your suitcases, this is important if you come by car because it was an odyssey to unload and load the suitcases. I don't understand the rating that this apartment has, and I have traveled all over the world... When I complained with reasons after the first night, they agreed to refund me the amount of one of the 3 nights. I don't recommend it at all, at least the apartment for two people, even though it accepts pets, it's not worth it. I will not come back. I have tried to upload photos of the cockroaches, the state of the baseboards or the bathroom shower but there is no way. Positive points: The heating worked well. Friendly staff. There were two refrigerators, one with a mini freezer for an ice cream type box. Hot water worked great. It's great that they accept pets without surcharge.

I stayed at San Jordi Girona 97 for 4 days, we had a great time. The apartment was large and equipped with all comforts, 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, "even" equipped with a bidet, kitchenette and a nice comfortable living room. The very kind staff is helpful. The perfect location to reach all the most beautiful monuments of the city on foot. In the surrounding streets there are many bars and restaurants. They also accept dogs, what more could you want? I highly recommend it
