Strange hotel... the key card didn't work for the room or the elevator... only staff could open them, which was very odd, not sure why.

The hotel was very clean, location was decent. Service is not the absolute best. The rooms are missing a lot of things that you need to ask for and they might tell you it os only for superior rooms. No coffee machine, no basic room kits. The towels are not changed when the room is cleaned and you also have to ask. The hotel is decent overall but missing few things.

The hotel is within walking distance of cafes and subway stations. The room was thoroughly cleaned. The only downside was the poor drainage, which made showering a bit difficult. Other than that, I was satisfied.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is very centrally located. The main train station is about a 5-minute walk, as are the metro and bus stops. The staff are very kind and helpful.

The location is slightly further off but decent for a 15-20mins uber ride to the central. Room is clean and tidy, hotel provided free drinks if we do not need room cleaning, a nice gesture!

- Good location just outside the touristy centre and about 20mins from the airport. It's a short walk to the nearest metro station - Friendly and attentive service from staff - Our room was spacious and clean. The shower had good pressure. The only negatives would be that the walls are a bit thin and we could hear other guests talking at night. Also they did not provide complementary bottles of water on arrival
