Ola Living Boqueria

We visited Barcelona in September, seven friends excited for our trip. The day before arrival, Ola Living informed us that the apartment had no air conditioning or hot water. We were offered a cheaper place further away but chose to keep our booking and were promised proper compensation. Throughout our stay, we were constantly referred to the manager, Carlos, who was never available. Four weeks later, we’ve only been offered a 10% refund — and haven’t received any money back. The apartment itself was nice, but the service and handling of the situation were unacceptable. Do not book with this company — if something goes wrong, you won’t get the help or compensation you’re promised.

Our experience was very bad: the company which operates the apartment is unreliable and unprofessional. They sent us a wrong pin code and in the middle of night we entered an apartment, occupied by . another family. It was impossible to reach the , company, no what's up calls The company representative arrived after almost 2 h of waiting. They gave new pin kode to other apt.which was nice, but the fire alarm device produced a shrieking noise every 45 seconds and made the nights difficult . The company made no effort to solve the problem. I do not mention, that even coffee, capsules did not suit the coffee machine The company did not even apologize for the terrible mistake, did not offer compensation. Our vocation was spoiled.
