Conclusion: Not recommended. Pros: 1. The location is indeed excellent, very close to Andrassy Avenue. 2. The bedding is comfortable. Cons: 1. Some staff members discriminate between Asian and Caucasian guests. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I can't understand why I felt discriminated against during my Marriott service experience... I noticed one staff member treating us differently from Caucasian guests, being enthusiastic and making recommendations to Caucasians, but giving Asians a cold shoulder. 2. Poor service. Room supplies were inadequate; there was always a shortage of toilet paper, and the cleanliness was substandard. 3. The room facilities are subpar. The room is small, and the shower area in the bathroom isn't fully enclosed, neither inside nor outside, so water splashes everywhere when you shower, as shown in the picture. 4. The refund process is incredibly slow! It takes two weeks for the deposit to be refunded! It's 2026... is this efficiency from the last century? I had to ask about it.

I booked the so-called 'king room with balcony,' but when I checked in at 6 PM, I was given a room at the very end of the hall. The room itself was small, and the balcony was tiny. I mentioned to the front desk that I was on my honeymoon in Spain, but they couldn't switch my room (even though the room next door was empty). If I wanted a higher floor, I would have to pay extra. I wouldn't recommend this room type if you don't need fresh air, as the room is quite cramped. The cleanliness, however, was excellent, though every time I stepped out of the elevator, I noticed a distinct hospital smell. Breakfast was decent, and they do have tables with a view, but getting one depends on luck. The minibar being free was a really nice touch and a pleasant surprise. Don't be fooled by the green marble bathroom; it's just green tiles.

The location of the hotel is very close to Passeig de Gràcia, the famous shopping boulevard where two of the Gaudi houses are also located. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had many selections.

The hotel's location and surrounding area are excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping, and most major attractions are within walking distance. The hotel service is exceptional, and the staff are extremely friendly! Very satisfied!

Great location, clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast.

Good service. Friendly people (baring one). Allowed early check-in, which was nice. Rooms are great. Gym was not unlocked, so need to arrange access - bit of a pain. Breakfast good too. 

Lots of amenities, free minibar. Room well decorated, worthy of its rating.

The location is excellent, the hotel lobby is very comfortable, the service is warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is good. The room is a bit small, but still acceptable. The bedding is nice. I slept comfortably. There was no kettle, so we didn't have hot water for several days, which is unusual for Chinese people. One problem: the bathtub is extremely slippery. There are no anti-slip strips or mats. This kind of bathtub is probably only for soaking, not showering. You have to be very careful when bathing. I almost slipped on the first day, but luckily I grabbed the handle to keep my balance. I was very nervous every day after that. I hope this can be improved.

I stayed here during a 3-day, 2-night trip to Barcelona. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from Casa Batllo and about 20 minutes from Sagrada Familia, so most of the major tourist attractions were within walking distance. I also appreciated the free minibar, which was restocked daily. Although there were some issues, such as the shampoo not being replenished, the lack of pajamas such as bathrobes, and the ability to hear people talking in the hallway while in the room, I think it was good value for money considering the price and location.

The hotel was welcoming, clean, and in a great location, offering excellent value for money and making for a wonderful travel experience. However, the rooms were small, and the toiletries were very basic.
