The hotel location was great, near the metro and v walkable to the shopping district. Room was big and spacious (think we got the room for the wheel-bounded by chance). However, its cleanliness can be worked on as we found strays of hair on the bathroom wall and also a clump of dust on the hairdryer net. The bottled water as well as the tap water tasted a bit funny and felt slimy (you know the feeling you get when you have to wash your hands vigorously to get rid of that soapy feeling), but we googled and it’s probably just Barcelona’s water sewage system at it. The wifi was strong, and the water pressure of the shower was great. Note the hotel does not provide bathroom slippers though.

This hotel has an excellent location, very central and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The front desk is also very good, the people there were very friendly and helpful. The room is a little too small for us, but its manageable. Our big complaint is really just the awful housekeeping. They keep replacing our toilet paper with half/used rolls (it would really be very unhygienic if this was from another guest room)?! On our last day, one of the coffee cups was missing, and they gave us only one water. The worst part was after unrolling our bath towel, a clump of hair was inside (see pic). Lastly, while we were waiting for the elevator, we saw housekeeping open a door of a different room even though there was a "Do not disturb" sign. We actually saw a shocked guest that did not have a shirt on. H10 should really look into improving their housekeeping.

Excellent location only 3 mins walk from airport bus station. Hotel excellent service, good amenities and allow us late check out till 2 pm. Lots of food to eat around. Rambler room very sizable with balcony. Will recommend to friend who travel there.

The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation. Airport buses are directly accessible, and the metro and bus stops are just steps away. To the north, Casa Batlló and Casa Milà are within walking distance, while Plaça Catalunya is to the south. The Gothic Cathedral, the Kissing Wall, the Picasso Museum, Boqueria Market, and the Columbus Monument are all within walking distance. Numerous restaurants are nearby, making dining convenient. The rooms are small but clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a mini-fridge. Chocolate and soda water were provided on the first day. Complimentary bottled water is provided daily. The location is superb, very close to the kissing wall. The upstairs bar is the hotel's biggest highlight. The only downside is the extremely poor soundproofing; remember to bring earplugs, otherwise it's unbearable. The hotel staff are incredibly nice and responsible. They provided excellent service even without tips and were quite witty. 🙃 Because the service was so good, I apologized for not having change to tip, and they kindly explained that their service wasn't for tips. One of the staff members looked remarkably like Leonardo DiCaprio.

I had booked a hotel on La Rambla for my previous trip to B****lona. . Since it is a famous street, we lived among thousands of people for 3 days. It was a disgrace. This time we chose H10 hotel. The location is very nice. Dozens of world brands on the street. It was very close to restaurants, even by walking. It was very nice to sit in the cafe with its lobby and pool. (Unfortunately, many hotels do not have outdoor areas.) When you arrive at the hotel, you have to go to your room immediately.
