The hotel facilities are decent, but the service is really poor. They overcharged me by 21 euros for the city tax, which was not in line with what was stated on my booking. After I reported it to Trip.com, they promptly processed the refund for the overcharged amount. I have to give a thumbs up to Trip.com's customer service for their efficient handling of the issue.

The hotel located in a residential area abit far away from the tourist spots. There is a metro station about 5 min walk from the hotel. We mainly bolt cost about 10-20 euro to central, train is also quite convenient when there is congestion. Room is good size. Gym is very small. In winter there is only heating in the room, even advertised with air conditioning. We have to open window if room got too hot but we are reluctant to do so due to safety reason of our 4 yr old. I discussed with the receptionist, they changed our room to a lower level and provide us a fan.

Hotel is a bit far from downtown Barcelona, but it's convenient to travel by metro. Staff is nice and helpful. Will definitely go back again.
