Smelly toilets, cold AC thermostat does not work! Very good breakfast

The best hotel in Barcelona for everything

Very good hotel great pool

The location is excellent. There are subway stations and bus stations just steps away. You can walk to many attractions and there are many restaurants for all tastes. The internal environment of the hotel is not bad. The bathroom sink in the room is not well designed, too shallow, and does not have a beam for hanging bath towels that is common in other hotels. The breakfast fruits are fresh and there is freshly squeezed orange juice, but the overall variety is too small, monotonous, and there are no vegetables. The content of the breakfast remains unchanged for several days, which does not meet the four-star standard.

Friendly and welcoming staff. However, no flip flops offered if you need them €5 per flip flop. The spa is not free to my great surprise €15 per hour per person but some other people were sent by other hotels to our spa all for free. Otherwise the staff is pleasant the hotel is well located but don't expect to have the free spa it is not included in the price knowing that we still stayed 3 days... it's disappointing

The junior suite with pool was amazing. This hotel room was gorgeous and so quiet. Perfect location, everything is walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel! If you don’t mind expending a little more for the comforts and leisure of a hotel, this is for you! Mini fridge, coffee maker, AC, nice roomy bathroom, balconies, safety box, comfortable beds, just all the benefits of a nice hotel.

Have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it never disappoints. Nice rooftop pool as well

Nice upscale hotel close to La Ramblas, Placa de Catalunya. Other attractions, like Gothic Quarter, Barcelona Cathedral are at a walkable distance. Overall value for your money when you are visiting Barcelona for a week’s trip.

Excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, eager to assist. The rooms were outstanding, modern and very clean.

This is our new favourite hotel. Brilliantly located close to the Ramblas area of Barcelona. The tourist busses are a short walk away and the restaurants and shopping in the area are fantastic. The hotel itself is fantastic. Breakfast buffet in the morning was lovely. The food was plentiful and nicely displayed and absolutely delicious.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and close to many shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Personnel very helpful, good breakfast including mimosas. Great surprise! Confortable room with very good amenities. However, rooms need a little remodel. The only negative comment I have is that we needed ice and they charged for it. Other than that, it was good. Ah! And location is everything. I will be back.
