The hotel's location is super convenient; it was only a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. Plus, many attractions are within walking distance. Our twin room was spacious and well-equipped with accessibility features. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with our requests, and there was always someone available in the lobby. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making dining out a breeze – we found Asian and Spanish options, and the front desk even recommended a fantastic Western restaurant for us. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, with housekeeping tidying up daily. Definitely great value for money!

I stayed for two nights and the hot water wasn't working. The breakfast wasn't particularly lavish, but the hotel's location is excellent. Be careful of robbers when you go out, as there are people with hats and masked faces waiting to rob you right outside the hotel. I was robbed of my necklace by a masked person the moment I stepped out of the hotel entrance. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself; the hotel service was very good.

The hotel’s location was excellent and truly one of its biggest advantages. The metro station was right outside the hotel, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. Access from the airport was also very easy, whether by metro or aerobus, which made arrival and departure hassle-free. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety to start the day comfortably. The only drawback was the noise, rooms are not soundproof. We could hear traffic, corridor noise, and general movement. However, the staff were responsive and changed our room upon request, which we appreciated.
