Barcelona Apartment Villarroel

Arrived at the apartment to realise that there is no reception on the apartment itself and have to walk to a different building with all my luggages which is 10mins away. Booked an apartment for 5 but only 4 chairs are given. The floor was dusty and one of the bed has sunken in. The hot water for the shower runs out so the last person is left showering in cold. The receptionist was really nice and friendly. Allowing me to check-in slightly earlier and able to store my luggages after checking out. The location of the apartment is pretty good, there's a market close by and the metro is only a few minutes walk away.

Really good experience. Loved the apartment and the hospitality. These two kind employees tabaire and elianor. They helped really for our baggage and check out proccesses.

Great place for our 5-person family. Very clean and well-located. Incredibly easy check in.

The place was spacious for family of 5 for 2/2 apartment. WiFi was great. The place was super clean. Good value. However, we stayed in the 1st floor by the street so the apartment was noisy. The self check in after hours process was stressful and tedious, as the key can be in another location apartment. It was difficult to understand this process. It requires me to submit all passport, sign contact, pay the apparent and put in a deposit. I wished this information was laid out with ******* before I book it. Although they respond to email, it wasn’t clear. I had to exchange emails several times. Additionally they wouldn’t give you the check in instructions u til 24 before check in. Basically I flew out of SFO, not knowing where to check in and how to check in. Lots of emails wa tedious and the process was stressful. If I knew, I wouldn’t have book this property. Although the place was spacious, I wouldn’t book it again. I rather pay a little more to have a better and personal check in experience.
