We loved our stay in Arai Hotels. Very beautiful hotel, great and helpful staff. Many thanks. Definitely will be back.

I booked the hotel for five nights. When we arrived, the elevator was not working and did not work during our entire time. We were on the fourth floor, if you were American this is called the fifth floor in America. I asked if they would offer me some type of compensation for the elevator not working, they would not. Nor would they give us back our money to go to another hotel with an elevator. I did not get what I paid for, nor was I offered any type of compensation, being 68 years old and having to walk up those stairs multiple times a day was not my idea of a good vacation. They didn't even offer a bottle of free water.

The transportation is not very convenient, but I like it very much! The service is super super friendly! I like the old town very much, and I need to stay there for at least two full days! Second-hand shops, buyer shops! All kinds of fun to shop!

It was a wonderful stay! The staff was kind, the room was cleaned every day, and I had a great time! There are many restaurants around, so we were very satisfied with our stay.

This is a hotel that we already knew having stayed there a few years ago. The rooms are magnificent, perfectly clean and the staff are charming. We suffered a little from the noise from the street because our room overlooked the street on the side of the hotel and we were on the 1st floor perhaps it would have been less noisy on a higher floor. A detail is missing in the bathroom: a toilet brush. We will still come back with great pleasure

The surroundings are not very clean but overall feels safe. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was super nice and respectful. Overall a wonderful experience.

Really liked this hotel in the Gothic Quarter. Great location, property in excellent condition, friendly staff, and really good sized room for Europe. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel. Courteous staff. Walkable to some excellent restuaurants and to many of the local attractions. Short walk to La Rambla and 15 min to Passeig Garcia. Taxi dropped us a few blocks away since the area was closed due to Christmas events. So a bit of a walk with bags.

Room and property were very impressive and matched the Hotels web site pictures.

This was a great stay. Easy walking to many things. Great staff

Incredibly beautiful hotel, in the perfect location to soak up everything the gothic quarter has to offer. The style, design and rooms are stunning. Huge windows, balconies, high ceilings, furnished with everything we could need. The staff were fabulous. Check in and our was fast and efficient. Easy to reach everything you could need in Barcelona. Bathrooms and shower were of a high quality, comfy beds and striking style.

Arai Aparthotel was great! Staff really take care of their guests. For instance, Dennis such a kind soul went beyond (I feel) to assist me when it was impossible to get taxis due to a marathon and protesting. Need I say I had some heavy heavy luggage. Well he took it upon himself to make sure I was not struggling by walking with me some distance to place me in an area where I could get a taxi. Then he help me to get a taxi which was not easy. Thanks a MILLION Dennis! I will forever remember you young man.

Excellent would book this hotel again. We really enjoyed the hotel and gothic area, very close to everything!
