Everything was great! The location, the room, the service and the staff. Alan, Mercedes and Ismail were so friendly and they helped us a lot and answered all our questions with a smile.

Loved the hotel. Comfortable beds, aircons well,Clean and quiet rooms. close to all the nice restaurants . You just step outside of hotel and so many nice cool places around and many terraze places to choose and available . Decent breakfast. One room kinda Minimal gym, and Need to book in advance when u want to use but easy to do. The front desk guys were very hospitable and helpful. 4 different people attended me and all were kind and soo helpful with all the information and requests. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service is excellent (they even agreed to look after my luggage a couple of days after I checked out). The rooms are comfortable and the sauna is a nice touch. It is well located in a happening part of Barcelona. All round, this was a great stay.

There are no towel holders for large towels. The one hook on wall was coming out. The toilet paper holder was not secured

Great location, very friendly staff. We did stay during a heat wave, our only drawback is the AC could not keep up. But that is true of most hotels in August.
