I was very satisfied with the room; it was clean, hygienic, and had excellent design and practicality. The breakfast was also very rich. Overall, it was a great experience and worth recommending. The only downside was the unfair treatment I received the first day during check-in. The front desk lady with the afro and dark skin was very enthusiastic and helped me arrange for both rooms to be on the same floor. She even walked me to the room and explained all the facilities, so even though check-in took a while, her service was very warm. However, the short man in the lobby was unfriendly to us. During the ten minutes or so we were checking in, he offered no service or even acknowledged us. In the middle of this, a European couple came in, and he immediately rushed over to ask them what they wanted to drink, but he never once asked me or my family. I was standing right there, watching him, and he still didn't ask me. At that moment, I felt the 'discrimination' that many people have shared. This 'Chinese-friendly hotel' was instantly let down by his actions, and the efforts of the other staff were also undermined by him.

The hotel service was excellent. As soon as I walked in, staff members helped me with my luggage and offered me water. Check-in was very quick. The room was bright and spacious, very clean inside, and the decor had a great feel to it. The en-suite bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. They even gave me two instant noodle cups as a welcome gift. The minibar had capsule coffee and more.

This isn't the first time I've chosen this hotel, and it's always great with a fantastic location and excellent service! The facilities are complete, and it offers great value for money, which is rare to find in Europe. Next time, I'll have to try the hotel's food.

The location is excellent, very close to my favorite restaurant. The front desk staff was lovely, communicating with me in Chinese, which I really appreciated. It made checking in a very pleasant experience. They upgraded my room, and it was quite spacious with a view of the courtyard. Most importantly, I had booked breakfast for two days but only ate it once. When I went to cancel the second day's breakfast, they didn't charge me for it! I only realized this when checking out and double-checked – they confirmed it was complimentary. I'm very grateful for that. The pool was beautiful, but Barcelona in July is just too hot. I could only enjoy an iced coffee on the rooftop, taking in the views, including the Sagrada Familia. Now for the minor drawbacks: it doesn't quite feel like a five-star hotel. For over 4000 (RMB) for two nights, there's definitely room for improvement. Personally, I think a true five-star experience should be more like the Park Hyatt Shenzhen. On my second morning, I left the card on the bed requesting a change of sheets and duvet covers. However, when I returned, I found they hadn't actually been changed, which was a little disappointing. I saw on Xiaohongshu that they provide instant noodles, but there weren't any in my room. The room itself wasn't particularly refined; it had a slightly worn, "battle-damaged" look.

The hotel's location is pretty good, situated in a residential area, so it's not too noisy. However, the hotel is quite small, and the rooftop pool is also tiny. The room itself is decent, nothing spectacular, but it does have a rather stylish design. The floor drain design is quite unique.

Fantastic! The hotel is spacious and cool. Breakfast is excellent! Plus, it's within walking distance of Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. They have a Chinese-speaking front desk staff who are very welcoming and polite. It's only a five-minute walk to the metro station, and there's a Michelin-starred restaurant right downstairs.

The staff were very kind and left a good impression. There was also a welcome wine in the room, and a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The cleaning time was a bit late in the evening, so if you return to the hotel for a siesta, your room might not be cleaned yet. Of course, they will still come to clean even if you are in the room. I declined the cleaning one day, but they asked if I needed towels and water, and they gave me the chocolate that they usually leave on the pillow during cleaning, which made for a very pleasant stay. I stayed for 5 nights because it was too much hassle to change hotels, and I'm glad I chose this one.

The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around. The breakfast is abundant and Michelin-level quality. The room also came with two complimentary bottles of water. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making communication smooth, and their service attitude was great. It's truly worth the price.
