TOUT BIEN TRES BIEN , les gens tres gentilles un hotel tres beau

The view is really nice. The staff is nice too. You can go everywhere easily and have a walk in the beach.

Modern furnishing. Rooms and bathrooms spacious. Quiet room. Service was top notch. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast didn’t have so much varieties , just the usual English breakfast. Hotel is near to “Town centre”. Just a walking distance. Everything you want is just around. Great restaurants and shops. Pharmacy and all. Bus is easily accessible. Sagrada  familia was just like 15 mins drive. We took a bus back. transport so easy. Bogatell beach is 10 minutes walk. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The hotel really need to raise their bar. They are charging you a really high rate night when they do not meet the expectations. Room was not cleaned properly, for at least few weeks, as there were dust bunnies and dust buildups in more than one place. The roof of the bathroom was falling down. I will reconsider staying here when you have cheaper options.

The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. It's also very close to the beach.

The room is very clean and spacious, one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in. The room is great, however we had issue with the ac. It’s equipped with the controller that has AC and heater option, but the AC was not working and it kept blowing out hot air no matter how cold we set the dial. Upon checking with reception, we were told during November they switch the entire building system from ac to heater option so individual rooms have no way to override this. The room has massive windows so that has kept us cool. While we are in Nov, where weather is getting colder, the week that we were in Barcelona has great weather and temperatures still at the 15-20degrees so would have thought they would also consider the climate instead of just having a scheduled date to switch over everything to heating.. There are loads of breakfast options, but no egg station. Hot food option not the best, bacon and scrambled eggs overcooked and not really good quality on sausages. For those who enjoy cold breakfast selection like the pastries fruit and hams etc it’s much wider selection they provide here compared to other hotels.

Enjoy the place but i booked for double bed but get twin bed so not very comfy

The hotel looked very well put together aesthetically pleasing and the staff was great! Easy to get around too!

The hotel is a little far from the town but is ok if you have a car. They is free parking arpund too but beware do not leave belonging in the car. The hotel look better than the picture. The breakfast is very good and had a lot of choice and they serve a Alot different type of fruit and i really enjoy it.

Good location hotel

I bought a Sagrada Familia light-up fridge magnet and it was stolen from my hotel room. So angry! 😡

The hotel turned out to be better than expected. It was great value given the price charged for the room. Happy and will re book this hotel in future.
